We had a lamb kleftiko and a baked aubergine dish both of which were delicious. Served with fresh baked bread and a smile. Highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and the service. Was also excellent value. Will be going back for more - the moussaka looked amazing so will have to try that next

The food was so delicious on the first evening we dined here we returned on two more evenings and were equally impressed with the quality of the fresh, tasty, innovative food along with the friendly efficient service. The court yard setting is very pretty and offers a great atmosphere under the vine covered pergola with views to the sunset over the beach in front of the Hotel. Of all the meals we enjoyed on beautiful Sifnos our meals at Kafenes were our most memorable.

If you arrive at the correct time in the evening you will enjoy the sunset view. Very peaceful location just round the bay from the main town. I had the dorade for main course which was cooked to perfection while my OH had the lamb which again was delicious. One of the best meals in our time on Sifnos.Service was prompt as we ate early but we did notice that things slowed down after it got busier.

This restaurant has fantastic pastas and pizza, both wonderfully authentic and well thought out. The salads are also very good and the young servers were very friendly and professional. A great setting and far better than the Italian competition next door. Definitely give this one a try!

We searched for a place in Kamares to eat every day because we like to have our favorite place. We checked a few other restaurants in the village and Meropi became our best choice. We are there every day of our stay. Dishes are delicious, made as a authentic Greek cuisine. Tables were occupied every day so we assume that not only we liked it. Great sardines and fresh fish. Musaka was so big that I couldn't finish it. Nice and cozy atmosphere, pleasant service, prices not so high. We recommend it truly.

Our first lunch stop in Sifnos and we picked Syrma based on TA reviews.  We sat under the trees outside with our feet in the sand. Unfortunately a little bird decided to use me as its toilet!!  After cleaning up in the bathroom, we enjoyed a really tasty lunch of octopus, stuffed tomato, ice cream x2 and 2 cocktails plus 2 glasses of water, a beer, a wine and a coffee for 47 Euros (cocktails here are around 7 to 10 Euros).  They also provide free loungers when you buy a drink or any food which you can use all day.  It was so good we returned on our final day.  Both times we were served by Bill who was lovely and he even brushed down the sunloungers to get rid of the sand.  He made us feel very welcome from the first moment and although weâd only visited twice in our short island stay, it felt like weâd known him for ages. Great food, service and position.

Loved the family feel of this restaurant. It is Located on the opposite side of the harbor from the main town and feels light years from the crowds. There is a wide variety of food and it was tasty and reasonably priced, i would definitely make a trip to the Delfini

I have three words for you: fresh, handmade pasta! Passione Italiana is a small Italian cuisine restaurant at the quaint port of Kamares in Sifnos. Pretty, with elegantly simple decoration providing a nice view, it serves traditional Italian cuisine with a modern touch. But most importantly, everything is fresh and handmade, pizza, pasta and their deserts!We really wanted to try everything from the menu as all looked delicious. The girls had pasta, my wife the amatriciana with guanciale (cured pork) and pecorino cheese and my daughter porzini filled pasta with truffle cream sauce and I had the white pizza with mortadella, mozzarella and pistachio pesto! Iâm not an amatriciana fan but that was absolutely delicious and the handmade porzini was amazing, we could actually taste the fresh pasta! The truffle sauce was very inspiring and full of flavor! The pizza was great too, the crust was thin with a perfect texture between soft and firm, fully covered in mozzarella and mortadella as they certainly donât skimp on materials and the pistachio pesto exquisite! That was something Iâve never tried before and I totally enjoyed! For dessert we had tiramisu and chocolate mousse with ice cream. The tiramisu was so rich and creamy with good balance of sweetness and coffee beautifully presented and served in a jar and the chocolate mousse was decadent! Even if youâre not into chocolate you will love it!Iâve been to Italy and Iâm telling you, that place was like being somewhere in Tuscany, authentic, traditional, modern and retro at the same time. The Chef was really nice coming out of the galley and engaging with the guests. Passione Italiana was unquestionably one of our top three eateries in Sifnos. Mark my words and pay a visit if you ever be in that charming small island of Cyclades!

Dined here on our last night in Sifnos. Wow! The most delicious food Iâve tasted, paired with great wine and an extremely knowledgeable waiter who knows his wines! Can not fault food, wine, service or views. Thank you for such a delicious meal. You guys deserve top ranking!

We were here on a cooler evening so had to fit inside their upstairs seating area. They have a large outdoor area for warm evenings and that would be very nice as it is a courtyard type of setting. The food has both traditional and fusion choices and everything is visually stunning and backed up with great flavours. Service was attentive and prices were reasonable. Definitely try it out,
