We visited Fermo to wander round the atmospheric streets and the wonderful antique/craft market, but also wanted somewhere to eat. We'd visited this particular restaurant in the past and were delighted to see it'd reopened under new ownership. Apart from the immediate rooftops, the terrace offers super views of rolling countryside, the sea and the sunset and was an ideal spot for generous pre dinner drinks and dinner. The menu and wine list were interesting and well balanced. We chose to share a larger 'degustazione d'antpasti caladi e freddi' and each ordered a primo piatto ('ravioli ripieni di patata viola con calamari e creama di zucchini' and 'spaghetto alle vongole'. Neither of us were disappointed! Combined with very reasonable prices and charming staff, I have little doubt that we'll be back. Complimenti!

We recently ate here on our Italian vacation and I’m so glad we did! The food, atmosphere and location of this restaurant are amazing and truly unique. This was by far the best food we had on our entire trip. The restaurant itself is very romantic and unlike anything else I’ve ever seen. The service was attentive and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to eat here again.

At Osteria Orsolina we offer you an author's cooking where typicality, degu- ling, relaxation and "being together" form a mix of ingredients that will make your dinner or your lunch special. Our Osteria is a rustic, warm and welcoming environment where th
We have been to this restaurant every time we have guests that we take to see the church in Fermo. The first time we went at the suggestion of an ENL service man who was on the street. We find the best restaurants are to be found at the suggestion of locals. The food is excellent, and the menu is always different, depending what is in season and available. The price of a meal is very inexpensive. The staff is friendly and efficient. We have never had a bad meal at this restaurant, and will continue to go there when we are in Fermol

Still the place is out of Fermo (15 Km) but it's easy to find. The Local is not very big and the seats are rapidly running out (it is best to book). Attendance is by customers of all ages, mostly young. The choice of beers is really a great one, all of excellent quality, while the food are tasty dishes, all at reasonable prices. So it is worth trying, if you do not close is certainly worth trying to come to this little gem.

This is a special place away from it all, where locals enjoy local specialities. The food is all local produce and is being served by the very people producing it. A very relaxed atmosphere and well prepared honest food at a bargain. Very suitable for vegitarians but also for those who enjoy in addition a nicely prepared chicken, all complemented with local wine. Overall a very nice experience and recommended also for non locals ( the restaurant is not signposted as such. The bill wil surprise you in a pleasant way.

As you might guess from its name, this restaurant is a depository of town life. It is filled with memorabilia and serves as the place for local families to enjoy a traditional meal out. Good choice if you want solid fare and seek a feel for Fermo. The team of relatives who run it aim to please.

If you're staying within 20km of Fermo and you dont visit you should be ashamed. If you visit you absolutely must find time to visit this restaurant. The structure is beautiful, the service excellent and perhaps more importantly the food was delicious and excellent value. The menu is simple, you decide how many courses you want and then choose something from each course. I went for all 3 courses (dessert is an extra 4 euro) my wifr took apetiser and main and my daughter only a pasta. With 1 litre of wine plus water, coffee and 2 dessertswe paid 58 euros. The apetisers are plentiful and the pastas a good size. We both has arrosticini, small lamb skewers and absolutely every was tasty. Highly recommended.

Trattoria e wine bar nel centro storico di Fermo dove potrete degustare ottimi vini e piatti della tradizione in ambienti rinnovati e accoglienti.
Pretty, small restaurant, nearly some kind of "family" atmosphere. The food is very good, I can recommend the big pizzas on family plates - but also the meat "tagliata" was delicious. The waiters were very friendly and with a lot of humour. Also we were sitting in some kind of indoor garden which had a very nice atmosphere (but probably only opened during summer). We as tourists were first a bit sceptical since there was no price list, but it turned out to be very economical. One of the best and most cosy restaurants I ever was in Italy so far. Especially recommendable if you want to eat with a group of people.

For all the beauty of Fermo’s main piazza (and it is very beautiful indeed), the bars lining its perimeter offer little beyond very good pizza. Pasta dishes appear on the menus but, beware, the sauces are often bought in and not freshly made. Yuk!Slightly hidden from view is this bar/ristorante which offers a step change in quality from everywhere else on the piazza. Great for coffee and pastries, as well as pasta and main courses. Sit cozily inside in the winter or in a pleasant outdoor area in Summer. The staff are also very friendly. It’s my ‘go to’ place whenever I’m in town.

We visited twice - once for lunch and once for dinner. The lunch was great, very simple and fulfilling. The dinner was variable and my view is very coloured by my main course of scampi. And it probably wasn't the scampi itself but the overall dressing of the salad underneath the scampi which was harsh. My first dish was the risotto which was delicious. I also sampled the carbonara alla swordfish. Now that was really good and I believe is their signature dish. If I had had the 2 primi dishes I would be raving about the place. The restaurant itself was clinical with little atmosphere but typical along the front of Lido de Fermo.
