Reviews on Mediterranean food in Dublin, Province of Leinster, Ireland. You've probably heard that Guinness tastes better in Dublin (fresh from the factory), but what you may not know is that Dublin is a perfect destination for the whole family. No, we're not suggesting you let the kiddies drink a pint. Instead, take them to the Dublin Zoo, to feed the ducks in Stephen's Green or on a picnic in Phoenix Park. Scholars enjoy walking in the literary footsteps of such writers as Yeats and Joyce, while discerning shoppers have their pick of designer boutiques.

Never get tired of this place. The Falafel wraps here are amazing.....so good, I'm disappointed when I come to the end of my meal! Also, the lentil soup is delicious and really filling.Perfect for lunch and dinner, and very reasonably priced.Highly recommended.

Food = excellentMenu = extensive enough, make sure to ask your waiter about specials because those are not on the menuService = attentive, fastPrices = averagePlace = smallLocation = off the main streetsPersonal experience = I visited with my colleague. When asked about a recommended dish, we were offered a strip line steak 400gr with potatoes and light Italian beers. The waiter was very funny. Overall, this was a super end for my long day...

Our very helpful bartender, Robert, at the Radisson Blu recommended Platform 61. When arriving, we descended down the stairs to this charming restaurant. There were 5 people in our group and we were immediately seated at 7 pm without a reservation. The signature peach cocktail with champagne foam was delicious and my husbandâs gin martini perfectly prepared. I had the special for the evening which was pan seared salmon over orzo salad with fresh basil and pine nuts. Everyone in our group enjoyed the delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Hi Jickyguerlain,Thank you so much for leaving a lovely review. We are glad to see that you guys have enjoyed your experience in Platform and we would like to see you again some day.I hope you enjoyed your trip to Ireland.Kind regards,P61 team

Very nice restaurant. Looks like itâs fairly new or recently remodeled. We stayed at the Croke hotel and this restaurant was within walking distance so we decided to check it out. They asked if we had reservations and we told them no, but they were able to get us in. We had a 4 cheese pizza. I believe itâs a fire cooked pizza. I thought the edges would be crispy like the menu stated and soft in the center but it was soft all over and a little under cooked in the middle. The taste was good. I am a fairly picky eater so was afraid to try the meat pizzas. If you like Italian food I would definitely tell you to try it. They bring out a little purse with your bill...first time to ever see that Hi Karen,Thank you very much for your 4star review!!Your feedback is very much appreciated from us all here at Wallace's Asti, we do our best to offer an authentic Italian pizza made with products imported directly from Italy. We hope you had a pleasant time in Dublin and we all hope to see you again very soon!Alessandro

Syrian and Lebanese cafe restaurant and shishs bar
Good fortune brought us here on a Monday evening for a lovely meal. The mixed grill was delicious and the Lebanese white wine suggested by the the host was the perfect accompaniment. Looking forward to going back and bringing friends.

We completed our 2 week trip in Ireland with dinner at Keshk. What a wonderful experience from the starter prawns, to the perfectly grilled lamb chops (choice of two fabulous sauces) with the spicy potatoes and rice, to the service.....everything was 5 star quality! My husband mentioned to the manager how much he enjoyed the meal and wished he could tell the chef. She invited him to do that and when he told the chef he thanked him and shook my husbandâs hand. Truly classy. Bring your own wine and there is no corkage fee(great wine shop around the corner on Baggot street.)

Mykonos Taverna is a Greek Authentic Restaurant in the heart of Dublin. Everything is homemade very Authentic and taste of Greece.
Firstly, the restaurant is beautiful & the service was good. That, unfortunately is where the positive ends. I had dolmades, feta & spinach parcels & a chicken gyros. The dolmades were soggy and tasteless. The filo parcels were, albeit the best of a bad lot, deep fried & heavy. The gyros was inedible, as the chicken was poor quality (even for a gyros), poorly seasoned & dry. I was so looking forward to some authentic Greek cuisine, as itâs hard to come by in Dublin, and I was bitterly disappointed. I was also charged for the uneaten food. Such a shame the food doesnât match the beautiful surroundings.
