The restaurant is located next to Villa Barbaro (aka Villa di Maser)
This restaurant is next door to the Villa Barbaro and is upstairs from the wine shop. You pass the restaurant (which is on the right) as you are almost in the carpark for the Villa. It was quiet the day we visited, mid-week on a public holiday in late autumn. Our large group was entertained by the owner who explained the wine that we were served. It was excellent - a prosecco, a rose and a red, all from the winery associated with the restaurant. We had two courses of food sourced from the local region: the first was beef prosciutto with tomatoes on bread and salad. The tomatoes were fully flavoured, perfect for autumn. The main course was a large platter of different meats, cheeses and some fruit and bread. It was delicious. The cheese were quite varied, with an emphasis on hard cheeses. There were at least four or five different meats. It was a very relaxing and convivial lunch. The carpark is nearby and is shared with the villa.

We visited this place after reading the reviews here and we were not disappointed! The restaurant is fancy looking inside but with a small menu and very affordable prices. We were given mushroom risotto as a complimentary appetizer and it was the best we had. The meal was very tasty and the service was awesome! A must visit.

La Terrazza is an outdoor livingroom with a gorgeous panoramic view on the historical centre of Asolo. The fine cuisine offers a selection of meat and fish plates, plus a special menu with vegetarian proposals, based on the classic local season food, and
Visited after walking up the hill to the castle. We couldn't go in as it was in restoration. Sat outside on the balcony. Lovely views. Staff were very attentive and came at the table often enough to make sure we have everything we wanted but not too often to make us uncomfortable. Good was just incredible. My husband had did and I had beef. Both cooked to perfection and the sides were really nice too. Acceptable price for dinks as well (we visited after going to Milan and Venice so the price and quality of the food compared to those places was exceptional). Hopefully will return in the area as I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again as I really enjoyed their take on sweet asparagus and the dessert that looked like a fried egg.

We were recommended to be there for their barbecue evening, which we did.Outstanding landscape over Montebelluna, but I have to be honest, the barbecue was good but not exceptional. Maybe I was unlucky, but I expected more in terms of quality and quantity. Positive overall though.

Cucina veneta
Well, let's start by saying that the menu's not in English, but the owner speaks very good English and will promptly translate the whole menu for you! Very kind lady. The restaurant, is a little out of the way, but worth going to. Nice, quaint, romantic atmosphere, cosy, very athentic Italian.Good cuisine overall, also some special dishes from the area, worth trying!Great Grappa selection.

This is such a true Osteria.Located in the hills and along the road, this wonderful place serves decent italian food, Osteria style. We came without reservation but was just as welcome and had a table right next to the window to the kitchen. We could sit there a follow the cooking, very reassuring that the kitchen has nothing to hide.We struggle a bit with our Italian and try our best to get through the menu but needed help from the waiter, and he was most helpful in guiding us through all the dishes. We decided to skip the starter and go for main course and dessert. He: Guincia di maiale and she : pollo cacciatora, and to be honest I normally don't choose casarolles when dining out, but I am really glad that I did, it was delicious. We had ordered tiramisu but it was sold out so in stead we had a lovely chocolate cake (warm) with vanilla ice cream, no need to write that it was good.Saw that other customers had risotto and another table the cheese selection, all looked very nice. The place is so authentic and the cooking honest and very tasty, a place that I highly recommend and would love to revisit.

What a surprise. We were recommended to go here and have dinner. It was their last open night before their yearly holiday and the place was full, we got the last table for 2.Arrived and seated we decided for a 3 course meal, he: tartar and her:filled red onionsand we both had fish for main course.Dessert I can' t remember but it was , as all the other dishes really good. We had coffee and the most wonderful petit fours was served with it and we ate it all.Forgot to write that after ordering our meal a big tray was presented with small starters on the house and a spritzer to go with it.We had a lovely meal and it was not a Osteria in the traditional Italian way, but a true gourmet restaurant we visited. If you have the opportunity to visit, do so it is out if this world. And no regrets.

Saletta sopr
We visited this place with family today and it was excellent. Tremendous family hospitality and quality Italian cuisine. As a starter, I enjoyed the duck tagliatelle - perfect, no less. As a main, I tried the rabbit "Mura..." which was boneless and flawless and, to finish, I shamelessly put away the apple pie with rum custard sauce. Divine. And the espresso was top notch. I could have stayed all day. Not least because, after all that, the bill came in as a very pleasant surprise. It's good to see places like this thriving in remote villages. Long may it last. They deserve every success.Dear MarkThankyou so much for your greatful and pleasent compliments for our cusine. It was a pleasure having you and your family in our, we call it"little Home".We put heart and professionality in what we believe.Hope to have you again in the next culinary experience journey in Italy.Diana and Paolo
