Had dinner there tonight. Everything we ordered was terrific. The prices were also reasonable. The only improvement could be made with the service. We were the only table dining for most of our meal, yet the three staff members were inattentive and failed to bring the extra tzatziki we requested mid-meal.

First time dining at this great little restaurant. Last minute booking to try something local. The booking had been overlooked but lucky they did have a table for 2. We chose the Sunday special which was great value. Paella and Sangria for two.The meal was served quite fast, sizzling hot and full of seafood and really tasty. Sangria was served in a jug and quite generous. The restaurant ambiance, the decoration and the staff were all v. good. Will definitely return to sample more of the menu. Not necessarily fine dining but good tasty food in a pleasant and congenial atmosphere.

My wife and walked across the road and went into Paradiso, what a lovely surprise. My wife is very allergic to garlic, violently so. The waitress called the chef over and they were incredible and did everything to ensure we had a great experience. Fabulous, you guys win the gold star in my books - and then the meal was also out of this world - thank you.

Our 'local' turned out to e a highlight of our Melbourne stay. From the minute we stepped inside this tiny [27 sq m!] restaurant we felt at home. Our waitress, Carolina, was a gem - ensuring always that we had enough water and wine, and were enjoying our food, without ever being intrusive. Everything is made on the premises and served up with Italian music in the background. Just fabulous and can't be recommended highly enough.

Went there for dinner at 8pm on a cold winters night after movies. Having not made a booking we were assigned seating outside under inadequate heating even though there were many 2 seat tables vacant inside. My partner was offered a blanket but I was left to freeze as the wind was coming in all around the awning. Maybe this was done on purpose just because we didnât have a booking and even though I had asked to be moved inside no change or apology was made. Now for the food.. we ordered the starter Pate $16 to share and this was delicious as well being a very generous helping. I ordered the white fish chowder $20 (ample portion) that was tasty but lacked salt. No salt was on the table and we couldnât get the waiters attention to get salt so I had to eat it as it was. My partner ordered spaghetti carbonara (this was a small portion) and even though the waiter whilst dishing out the pepper offered to bring Parmesan cheese he never ever returned with it. We finished with coffee and a really tiny tiny glass of limoncello $8 that was slightly chilled. Left early as it was really cold and unpleasant sitting there. Doubtful that I would be happy to give this place another go.

We recently enjoyed a lunch with friends on a wet and cold winters day. Entree and mains dishes were shared between the 6 of us. Starter highlights were the baked cauliflower, kingfish wing and cured kingfish. The Staka, another entree, whilst visually very curious, surprised with its mix of flavours and texture. Not to everyoneâs appeal, but worth a try for the adventurous. A double serve of the chicken main was shared, with everyone applauding the flavoursome mix of chestnuts, Jerusalem artichoke and chicken, a real crowd pleaser, and one to recommend. Some of us enjoyed a bottle of Cretan Syrah, which complimented the fare. Overall an experience which left some wishing to return another day.
