Tavern with a modern twist, which focuses on quality and freshness of the food served by following the seasons, always keeping the best value for money for six foods that for the wines.
It was sad from the beginning, finding just one child seat for our two babies, and got worse as food came. The pasta al pesto for the kids was good and came early as requested, the "insalatona" was an average salad with some tuna, the "calamari fritti" were gummy and cold, the menu @ 12 euro was terrible (pomodoro pasta with 2 pieces of octopus, and non eatable "seppie" )... The wine, both white and red was horrible, but mostly, when they asked if everything was ok, when I said that some food wasn't as good as I expected, they started arguing saying that at that price you won't get anything better!!! This is simply unacceptable and I suggest you to try another place instead.

on a saturday night you definitely need to book, even mid september, Up on a hill in the woods of Liguria, in the middel of nowhere but with a view on the mediterranean, the dishes are from the local tradition, hearty, well experimented and generous. The pasta dishes are my favorite, need to taste at least three. Serice is simple and friendly and fast. Prices are very reasonable and so are the homemade desserts.

Stumbled on this place through tripadvisor. It was superb, in a town we didn't think offered much this was a complete surprise. You don't chose from a menu, but you are served with loads of fabulous dishes, using mainly fish and local ingredients. Accompanied by bucket loads of lovely local frizzante wine! All for â¬35 per head, I have no idea how they do it. And then to top it, the owner took us back to our hotel in his people carrier. Not sure why anyone would stay in Chiavari, but I'd come back to eat here!!

In Osteria, which opened its doors in 2008, carries on the family tradition which started with the Ristorante Torre. The atmosphere is all about simplicity and a friendly smile, enhanced by Ligurian food steeped in traditional flavours and dishes handed d

When you arrive to this Restaurant, it looks like a house a warm house where everything is well chosen and cosy. The terrace is beautiful with a great view on the sea and the hills, pure nature. Chef Enrico Boitano and his staff are great hosts and you feel spoiled. The food is great, traditional Ligurian cuisine with an international twist. Fresh seafood and fish are treated in the right way, with each single ingredient recognizable in your mouth, light dressing and special care. Also the meat is special and the pasta too. Vegetables are part of the recipes created by Chef Enrico and his staff. Wines are simply perfect. Homemade bread and sweets close the natural circle.

A very cozy little restaurant just outside Chiavari's city centre, next to the junction of the motorway. The emphasis is on (very fresh) seafood but there are other options (the menu is rather extensive). The food is delicious: traditional yet with a twist, and the presentation of the dishes is in line with their quality. The service is professional yet friendly. The couple (chef and wife) who runs the restaurant is very nice and passionate. We only had a glass of wine and did not explore the wine list, but it looked complete. Excellent price/quality ratio in the range of 35-55 euro per person, depending on menu choice and wine. Warmly recommended.Dear Alessandro, thank you very much for your opinion about our Restaurant. We hope to see you soon again.Lo staff

The AgriRestaurant "La Bilaia" is located between gardens, orchards and olive groves in Lavagna when you can see the promontory of Portofino. The evening atmosphere is by candlelight every night except Saturday for greater appreciation of the landscape ou
We booked a table on the recommendation of our hotel, Excelsior Palace, and we certainly wasn't disappointed. The views were spectacular, especially during sunset. The family that own and run the restaurant were so welcoming and the food was fantastic. One part of me wants it to remain a hidden gem so it doesn't lose its charm. The other part and rightly so wants everyone to know how good it is! A must if you're in the area. We will be back!

Prezzo 45euro tutto compreso

We got here at 800pm and found it full of locals, that's a good sign. Food was simple local cuisine and it was fantastic. Rabbit stew was especially good. The speciality is pasta with walnut sauce, again, it was awesome. It's loud, unapologetic and painted with white walls, doesn't even look like a restaurant, but don't kid yourself, the food is what u should be eating here... Id 100% recommend this place to anyone.
