Down some steps off road so a bit easy to miss. We all had the 13 euro menu de dia. Enjoyed the aubergine starter with tasty mince and cheese filling. The fried fish with soy sauce was alternative. Fish generous and tasty. Second plate was a home style fish stew. My spanish companion liked it. Alternative pork with peppers which I think I would have preferred. We added a huge plate of lovely fries. Dessert was mascapone mousse with strawberry coulis - very light and tasty. Others had the filo pastry cake with chocolate patisserie filling. Very good they said. Came with a drink. Super clean and modern loos. Great for an everyday meal.

Wow what a find this us a superb gastronomic restaurant. Food is absolutely fantastic, flavour and tastes were superb. Really glad we found this restaurant. We live 1.5 hours away and will definitely come back it is that good. The owner Jose and Trenie are fantastic hosts. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The Secret Iberico is the best tasting pork I have ever tasted. All the meal was excellent and surpassed our expectations. Can not say enough about this restaurant yes yes yes we will be back.

El nombre de la dirección está en Valenciano: Plaça Ajuntament 15
Have eaten at this restaurant during a visit to the city. The restaurant is located on the Ñentral square next to the information office. Took traditional local dishes - mariolo gazpacho, meat with a special paste, peppers stuffed with rice and also delicious soup with noodles and meatballs, lamb cutlets. For dessert took a local variant cheese cake with honey and coffee cortado. Everything was very tasty. Main dishes cost EUR 7-8, soup EUR 5, desserts EUR 3.5. At lunch time the restaurant was full, all 3 rooms, mostly with local people (very good sign). Before that we went to the restaurant El Cancell to show menu and prices and there was not a single person.
Best products in the market, with a modern touch, and respecting one hundred percent the raw materials.

This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, so perfect for a warm summer's evening dinner which is what we had. We started with a salad to share with lovely bread and had the steak for mains which was a little fatty but otherwise very tasty. Service was great and the wine delicious. Would highly recommend,Thank you very much for your review on Tripadvisor. It was a p,easure for us to be able to serve you in our restaurante. We take into consideration your feedback and we surely hope to see you again during you next visit to Bocairent.Kind regards.

In my opinion, Sents is one of the world's best restaurants. The elegant contrasts of Valencian and Asian, hot and cold, wet and dry... perfectly measured and executed recipes... well-conceived progression in the menu and carefully chosen wine pairings... it's gastronomy of the highest order, and delight beyond belief. Moreover, the dining room is spacious, quiet (with discreet chill-out background music), and has a pleasant view over a park. Service is kind, attentive, well-informed, and efficient. Sents offers only two menus: one with 12 courses, the other with 15. (If you want a la carte, try their more informal restaurant, La Cuina, next door.) I had 12 courses and it was a suitable quantity for me. At around 90 euros per person with wine pairing, it's not exactly low-budget, but still a bargain considering that the quality matches or surpasses many world-famous Michelin three-stars. Five TripAdvisor stars (or even three Michelin ones) can't begin to do justice to such a sublime dining experience. Go see for yourself!

Wow La Cuina is fantastic! A modern restaurant with well spaced tables, comfy seats, classy glassware & plates, background music at just the right volume & groovy designer lighting. Staff are professional & knowledgeable & very importantly warm & friendly. Now to the food, creative, interesting, delicious.... the cuttlefish burgers are a perfect blend of flavour & texture, the sardines again balanced perfectly, the mains of slowed cooked lamb & corvina fish (similar to sea bass) prepared & cooked to the highest standard, oh & the dark chocolate coulant done to perfection, crispy outer layer & runny warm centre. The produce is premium & the kitchen is experimental. Do not miss eating here if you are in the area, booking essential. Bravo La Cuina

We had such an enjoyable evening here in the terrace at the back. We speak no Spanish and the owner speaks about the same amount of English! He patiently took time to carefully explain the menu and the dining options with us guessing words and using Google translate. And the resulting meal was delicious. We arrived at 9pm and were the first there but it soon started to fill up.The concept (when we were there anyway) is a fixed menu. You share starters and have a meat or fish plate as a main course. Then he prepared a platter of desserts for us so we could each try a variety. For â¬20 a head you get 2 starter platters, a main, dessert and coffee. For â¬27 you get an extra starter plus your drink included. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of a local red wine. We're still not sure what the starters we had were (We had Google translate tell him we trust you, bring whatever you think). But the little filo pastries filled with chorizo, black pudding and a sausage meat were delicious. As was what seemed essentially a delicious fishcake served on a round of flatbread. And we had vol-au-vents filled with a mushroomy mousse. For mains you select your meat/fish and each came With some sauteed potatoes and peppers. With many hand gestures he managed to let us know there was shoulder of lamb, pork fillet (gesturing down his spine), or knee (knuckle? ) of pork, as well as a tuna option and another fish. (Unfortunately no breast of chicken as I'm sure that would have been hysterical for him to act out for us ). We had a choice of pepper or blue cheese sauce for the meats. He was happy to do plain for the children. To sum it up, the highlight for us was the owner/manager taking the time and trouble for friendly service with a smile. And the fun of trying to communicate with single words and mimes. That the food was excellent and the candlelit garden atmospheric were happy bonuses. Oh. And in case you're wondering why it was so difficult... We didn't realise we could ask for a copy of the menu of the day, we only got that as we left as a souvenir! You could always ask at the start

We ate at El Cancell after an amazing gastronomic dinner the night before at nearby Hotel Ferrero, and were looking for something simple and authentic. El Cancell delivered that in spades,And although the waiters didn't speak a lot of English they made us feel very at home and even dug out an English menu for us. We enjoyed a delicious salt cod and red pepper starter followed by a really good seafood paella. We walked through the town a few times and didn't really see anywhere else that looked on the same level so it's worth seeking out this place if you're in the area.
