My husband and I travel a lot and have eaten at many, many restaurants. Ristorante Tradate provided one of the best meals we have ever had. Anna and her sister oversee the management and cooking in this incredible restaurant - you should make your way to Tradate just to eat here! We can't wait to go back!

We had dinner here during our stopover before continuing further south! Itâs a really cute place, with lots of little lights on the terrace. All three of us had pastaâs and they were delicious! Very tasty (especially the one with safran and pancetta). The lady that owns the place came over a couple of times and we had a chat with her. In this region I only knew of two options to have sea food! Como or Milano. I just went to this nice restaurant to experience the most amazing sea food ever! Great food, the owners heading the service! The wine of the house delicious and crispy!

Lunch on a Sunday. The place is very tastefully designed with a lot of little eye-candies here and there. Service is highly professional. The noodles with cacao combined with thin slices of octopus are out of this world. The assortment of crude fish tartar is amazing and top quality. Salad with warm lobster underneath and raviolis stuffed with mushrooms: delicious. The Vanesso (a special breed of beef) and the Patenegra cotelette are almost too much. Great place to enjoy a classy experience. We'll be back for sure.

I paid 12 euros for a nice complete menu: first and main course plus bread, water and wine.Good italian food.The place and decoration is very simple but the quality of the food is great.

We're very impressed with Ristorante Golf Virginia. The countryside surroundings are very beautiful. We came on a Sunday when the place was packed with people celebrating an event, so we expected to wait for a long time, but instead we were served promptly and well looked after by two lovely staff (one of whom was probably the owner or manager). But the best part is that the food was fabulous, well above the average that you get in Como. We took a fantastic Angus steak and a Carnaroli rice, all superb. I particularly appreciated the choice of Aglianico as the red wine served by the glass. The price was comparable to Como city centre restaurants, I was expecting a higher bill. I will definitely be back and bring friends and family next time.

We passed this eatery as we turned west immediately after the border between Switzerland and Italy (Chiasso - Como) heading for Milan. In a wealthy residential neighborhood there was only this one eatery, but it turned out to be both stylish and with really delicious food. It swarmed with locals who ate, drank drinks, played ball games, jumped in the pool.It is officially a pizzeria, and the pizzas also looked really delicious. But they also have all sorts of other Italian dishes, so we each chose a prime. Experienced a very good lunch at this place. The Crudo di Branzino (crude sea bass) and the Paccheri die Gragnano with lobster were excellent. Followed by the Maialino da latte (suckling) and the Scaloppa di Foie Gras, all cooked to perfection. The service is impeccable and the place must be a real treat with nice weather and outdoor seating. Probably not the last time we went there.

I first reviewed this restaurant in Oct 14, and have now returned again.La Rotanda, with it's "compact" menu, is not the most economical establishment to dine in, but what they produce is excellent, thus making it good value.The staff are very friendly and helpful, and as well as the menu there are sometimes daily specials.Our group enjoyed a variety of meals, all nicely served.Well done Rotonda and I hope to visit you again, soon.As a price indication, for a mixed dinner for five with wine and water came to â¬158.
