I ate many meals there while I was in Staffolo in July. The food is amazing!!! They serve hand made pastas with hand made sauces, rolled turkey leg, stuffed rabbit, quail, pizza, duck and many other items, all of which is absolutely delicious. The menu changes based on what is in season but these are some of the items I had. The restaurant itself is open and inviting with beautiful views. The owner, Ilde is sucn a gem. When she isn't in the kitchen, she is out visiting with the customers. Such a delightful person to talk to. She makes the entire dining experience twice as good. Great food and a friendly environment make Giubbi a wonderful place to dine when visiting the area.

Good food at reasonable prices. Local recommended Starter of large lump of delicious smoked cheese and honey nearly ended me! Rest of meal fine, including mezzo carafe of Verdicchio. Others have found owner gruff or impolite. He looks gruff but was friendly and helpful to us.

A great picturesque village on top of a mountain, this is an unspoiled and quiet little town in the middle of beautiful pastures. The restaurant serves you real Italian food. The portions are big and they don't mind that you share your order. The waiters are nice and they try to help you as much as they can. The antipasti del Frate are a treat. They serve a great variety and everything we ordered was excellent. This will be defintely a restaurant to visit next time we're in the neighbourhood.

We ate at this restaurant several times and each time had a great experience and good food for a reasonable price. It can get busy at weekends so booking is advisable. They do have English menu's, but they were very patient when we tried our Italian out!

Visited a few times during our stay, especially enjoyed the pasta. The setting is great, food excellent, the service good, although one mishap on the evening of the World Cup Final when the place was really busy and one of our mains was served about 5 minutes earlier than the other. This meant a wait, and unfortunately my partners meal going a little cold as he waited for mine to be served. The staff could not apologise enough, and gave us complimentary coffee at the end of the meal. Small gestures mean a lot and are the reasons why these types of family businesses keep me going back. Try it out.

This restaurant is a little outside of cingoli, Marche region. We were driving past and saw a lots of cars, few trucks and workmen vehicle, always a good sign as they know where to eat.Mid week lunch was very busy. Waitress suggested we order pasta dishes and then see if we were still hungry.Pasta was fantastic, we ordered two different dishes one with truffles.Looking around the room the locals were enjoying what looked amazing, but we could not manage more food.Highly recommend if you want to eat great local food in a friendly environment We loved it

It s a small family owned restaurant with amazing food. It s absolutely worth travelling to staffolo for it.traditional food at its best. In my honest opinion itâs one of the region s best restaurant. Maialino arrosto , roasted suckling pig itâs an absolute must although everything else is also spectacular. Enjoy

We were a group of four who were reccomended this restaurant by the owners of the Villa we were renting - Great reccomendation. We were greeted by the owner and sat outside for a drink before our meal, the waiter appeared with a whole Parmesan round and proceeded to break bits off onto the platter it was sat on for us to nibble on with our drinks, pure theatre, i loved it.Two of us chose to share a fiorentine ( 1.2kg pure Marchiagno beef ) and the other two opted for fillets. Our steak arrived and was carved off the bone at our table by the waiter, the waiter ( owner ) is passionate about the quality of his meat and when asked about the breed of cattle he produced the certificate of origin for this particular cut.Quite simply - a fantastic piece of beef. The 2 fillets were devoured with equall appreciation. We finished the meal with various preserved fruits in alchohol. This stands out as one of the best steaks i have eaten and i have eaten a few steaks in my time.

We were advised that the antipasti were worth going for, and hefty. What an understatement! We never got beyond them. Four of us, staggering after the series of very good starters - wide variety, cooked and fresh, from baked soufflé cheese to bruschetta to crisp vegetables and cured meats. Very decent local verdicchio. A family place, we were served by two lads (twins?), one smiling, one not. There was a large birthday party on the go at the same time, filling much of the place, but service was good. And it's on a hill near Lago de Cingoli for a swim after.
