Cucina veneta
Well, let's start by saying that the menu's not in English, but the owner speaks very good English and will promptly translate the whole menu for you! Very kind lady. The restaurant, is a little out of the way, but worth going to. Nice, quaint, romantic atmosphere, cosy, very athentic Italian.Good cuisine overall, also some special dishes from the area, worth trying!Great Grappa selection.

La Terrazza is an outdoor livingroom with a gorgeous panoramic view on the historical centre of Asolo. The fine cuisine offers a selection of meat and fish plates, plus a special menu with vegetarian proposals, based on the classic local season food, and
Visited after walking up the hill to the castle. We couldn't go in as it was in restoration. Sat outside on the balcony. Lovely views. Staff were very attentive and came at the table often enough to make sure we have everything we wanted but not too often to make us uncomfortable. Good was just incredible. My husband had did and I had beef. Both cooked to perfection and the sides were really nice too. Acceptable price for dinks as well (we visited after going to Milan and Venice so the price and quality of the food compared to those places was exceptional). Hopefully will return in the area as I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again as I really enjoyed their take on sweet asparagus and the dessert that looked like a fried egg.

The restaurant is located next to Villa Barbaro (aka Villa di Maser)
This restaurant is next door to the Villa Barbaro and is upstairs from the wine shop. You pass the restaurant (which is on the right) as you are almost in the carpark for the Villa. It was quiet the day we visited, mid-week on a public holiday in late autumn. Our large group was entertained by the owner who explained the wine that we were served. It was excellent - a prosecco, a rose and a red, all from the winery associated with the restaurant. We had two courses of food sourced from the local region: the first was beef prosciutto with tomatoes on bread and salad. The tomatoes were fully flavoured, perfect for autumn. The main course was a large platter of different meats, cheeses and some fruit and bread. It was delicious. The cheese were quite varied, with an emphasis on hard cheeses. There were at least four or five different meats. It was a very relaxing and convivial lunch. The carpark is nearby and is shared with the villa.

First, TripAdvisor (currently) shows this in downtown Treviso, but they have been in the "new" location in Moser for 4 years. It really is on the main road between Montebelluna and Asolo. Second, the staff only speaks Italian, but that isn't a real problem, as anything you order will be good...Surprisingly busy already at 8 pm on a Saturday evening, the place is also surprisingly bigger than the outside suggests, and more elegant as well. All of the mixed antipasti were stellar. The burrata with prosciutto was amazing. Risotto with smoked speck (ham) and porcini was correctly zuppa (soupy / runny) and again, absolutely delicious. The secundi (second or main course) for us consisted of the grilled steak (Argentinean-styled) and the mixed grill with chicken, sausage, etc. The steak was cooked to the requested temperature, was well seasoned, and was delicious. The various grilled meats were likewise properly done and delicious. Contorni (sides) we had were the mixed grilled vegetables, and beans with onions. All were in the "good to delicious" range. Wine options on the list were good, and this month's wine special offered four good bottle choices for â¬10. We had the Astoria Clamore (mixed grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Merlot, Marzemino, Incrocio Manzoni), followed by an Astoria Pinot Noir, both quite serviceable. Service was very friendly, rapid, attentive and helpful. Summary: generous portions, good service, delicious food. Total damages for the above (for two) was a reasonable â¬76.Definitely recommend this as a very good choice in the Treviso / Maser area.

Stopped by this place on accident and had one of the best lunches around. The grilled meats are savory. You need a reservation on Sunday at lunch. We just got lucky.

This dinner was to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a memorable evening. We arrived early, directly from our journey, at 7.30. Obviously we were first to arrive and ordered. The antipasti arrived but then the area lost electricity, clearly not the restaurants fault and we said we would wait it out. During the hour wait we had almost no contact with the waitresses. We found it strange. We finished wine and water in that hour, maybe to keep us there more wine or a cold plate could have been offered from the restaurant. Finally the electricity came back and service continued. At this point a strong farm aroma also arrived which a waitress said often happened. The food was ok, not special and in our opinion over priced given its location next to a main road.Communication needs to be better and prices of non menu items including wine advised and finally if you have Amaro del Capo you MUST keep it cold, ambient is not right. It was a night to remember but not for all the right reasons. Fortunately we were patient and didn't walk away when others did.

Twice we went there and both times the service and food was extraordinary. This small restaurant, run by a young couple, delivers an extraorinary high quality at an extraordinary low price. It was a pleasure to dine there and we will come back next time we are in Veneto.

I live in the area and I like to take guests and friends to Colombera as I know they always enjoy the experience. The restaurant is hosted in an old farm house - Colombera is the place where the doves were held- and it offers a wide choice of plates for all tastes. My recommendation are their unique gnocchi - big but light potatoes dumplings - served with 4 different sauces, and than their tagliata - sliced beef meat served in a hot plate with simple olive oil and herbs- it literally keeps cooking in front of you. Michele, the owner speaks good English and is always very kind and accommodating with all requests - if you are lucky, at the end of the evening, he will even play the guitar for you (he is exceptional!). Good value (30 euro) and great experience!
