Amazing restaurant. We arrived without a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in. Really enjoyed the delicious food and wine. Service was slow but was worth the wait. The place is really big and was jam packed with locals the whole night. The pasta dishes were fantastic and were accompanied by fresh vegetables. The tomato salad was a lovely accompaniment to the meal and the local wine was excellent. Great value. Definitely worth a visit.

Having arrived tired after our flight our host arranged this dinner reservation for us. A tiny restaurant with a good atmosphere and an interesting menu. Somewhat nouvelle cuisine with small portions but when we finished after a very enjoyable meal we were more than satisfied. Would recommend this restaurant.

Do you want well-crafted, locally sourced, foraged food in which every bite wakes up your taste buds? Do you like really good, honest food, like beef so tender it melts in your mouth? Then eat here! (Vegetarians will do well here, too). Friendly, earnest service. Best rose wine I have EVER tasted (local - of course - by a woman who produces only 4,000 bottles per year - you won't find it in your favorite gourmet wine shop OR Trader Joe's). Lovely atmosphere. I'm sure that patio is great (the weather wasn't cooperating so we ate inside). And all with decent prices. One of your dinners in Alberobello should be here!

There was once a dream, and in this dream man and the earth regain their old friendship. An idea that Charming Tours caressed for years and now is declined in all possible aspects, the insignia of the proverbial hospitality of Puglia. The concept is very
While there were two of us, we shared one vegetable tasting menu and we were full. After the âwelcome bowl of cucumbersâ (a local variety that was delicious), we had 12 plates of vegetables that were all delicious. They were carefully prepared to highlight each one and, as only things that are in season are used, there were some vegetables that were repeated but in completely different ways. The highlights the night we were there were the zucchini blossoms filled with ricotta and the thin slices of eggplant wrapped around a smoked cheese and baked. After the vegetables we shared one great stuffed pasta dish and ended with a ricotta cheesecake. We liked this place so much that we ate there two nights in a row. It gets busy so it is best to get a reservation and then enjoy a group of chefs and servers who seem to really enjoy what they do and who offer a terrific produce.

Usually I look for places off the beaten path, but Alberobello is small and finding something off the beaten path is not easy. 100metricubi is located in the main square and is flanked by competition from places with colorful pictorial multilingual menus featuring dishes that have nothing to do with the Puglia (Apulia) region. At 100metricubi they have taken traditional local dishes and have given them a refreshing twist. Pugliese dishes are simple dishes with few, but high quality, ingredients and this is what you'll find.Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and well presented. Vincenzo, the owner, is professional, kind, and speaks great English. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Traditional Apulian Cuisine with a modern touch and much more! Great wines from Puglia, Italy and all over the world. Warm and confortable floor placed in the middle of Alberobello's Trulli, warmed up by Fireplace. Wide dining terrace among trulli!!!
We had a delightful night in this restaurant although the start was somewhat hysterical. Our table was higher than normal and so a group of women looked somewhat like hobbits sitting in our chairs. The staff kindly moved us and the night was great in terms of flavour and service from there on.

The Osteria Antichi Sapori restaurant, immersed in the vineyards of the Pyrrhus Canal, near the renowned Selva di Fasano and the road to Alberobello, is an ideal place to rediscover and enjoy the delicacies of typical Apulian cuisine. The Osteria Antichi
We stumbled upon Antichi Sapori on our way from Polignano a Mare to Ostuni and were treated to the best meal we had in Italy. Everything was perfect about it - sitting outside with a gentle breeze blowing, tables covered with white linen - the epitome of an Italian lunch. We shared Puglia burrata and salumi, bocconcini and tomato salad, amongst other dishes. The winning dish was undoubtedly the lasagna -I've never tasted such delicate lasagna, with paper-thin sheets of pasta covered in a delectable meat sauce, very light on the cheese, which was beyond perfection. The staff was welcoming and service was impeccable. If travelling in Puglia, this osteria is well worth a detour. You won't be disappointed. After months that we can answer, we remember the votive stay in our restaurant in the cool of our two trees. We thank you for the nice words spent in the treatment we have reserved. We are waiting for you on your next trip here in Puglia. Peppino Laterza
