Good enough service, but our meal was disappointing. Our meals (salad, fish, mezes) were okay, but only okay. There are much better choices unless we were unlucky enough to be there on a bad night.

We had a complimentary local bread, garlic butter and potato salad starter, followed by a traditional Greek salad which was enormous and saganaki cheese. For mains we had Kleftico and Mousaka, both superb. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. The harbour side setting is outstanding. A very romantic ambience. It was very popular even late in the season. Thank you for a lovely evening.

âAsian hummusâ (just good hummus), salad without cheese, fava, stuffed aubergine. Tasty, and served with a smile.

Everyone is friendly here, the view is amazing, the food is delicious and it is so much food we couldn't finish everything. We tried other restaurants until we discover Onar but then we came only here. Definetly recommend.

Found this when we went from rethimno to matala beach. The restaurant near the sea. Ordered tapas which was very good. Also desert was amazing. And the personal was very friendly, polite and caring! Adding photo if the place which was breathtaking and beautiful - it has very nice beach.

A nice place for our lunchtime. Drinks were served quick and also the food didnt took long. We had stuffed vegetables and greek rice with tzaziki. Both were a lot and delicious.I also want to mention the very nice environment of the tavern. Much better place than some of the surrounding taverns.

Well what a really enjoyable evening. The food was served promptly and looked and tasted brilliant. Prawn saganaki - rich & creamy. Cheese saganaki - really nice. Lamb chops cooked to perfection - not over cooked. The Beef stifado - just melt in the mouth. Wonderful service - efficient and friendly. They serve to how you eat. No rush nor making you wait. We will return with the wife when She returns soon

Hidden gem, 2 minutes walk from the beach.Situated right next to camping âno problemâ. Cosy place, very nicely decorated. At first sight it doesnât look like the nicest location but when you enter the restaurant you are immediatly surrounded by the Greek atmpsphere. Pitoresk!Large menu with a lot of choise along with a side menu for snacks and fast food. Great for the kids who prefer something else than the traditional cuisine.Large portions of gorgeous food, great flavour and quality of the dishes. We went to many places, but this one stood out by far.Friendly staff, great place to be and wonderful food.Do not visit Agia Galini without having dinner here! The other restaurants wil fade in comparison.
