Taking the metro cable to the Arvi park is a wonderful way to get a different view of the city and at the same time a nature experience out side the city riding above the trees Takes about 2-3 hours round trip depending on how much time you stay in the park Well worth the effort

Paisas are very proud of their metro system and this tran via is part of it. The city of Medellin has done a great job at promoting a culture of respect for the system and between the users, which easily shows. It is probably one of the safest, cleanest and easiest to use system I have seen around the world. The tranvia takes you up to the metro cable through a different route and it gives you an opportunity to see a different side of the city. Keep an eye on your belonging like you would enywhere else and have fun discovering Medallo.

The cable cars in Colombia are used for the tourists to have spectacular views but also for the locals to get home as many house are build on the slope of the mountain. Way to go!

We came with a tour guide on Sun...huge crowd of people..waiting in line and others climbing the hill. We had Priority Tickets and beat the crowd. Sunday is a busy time.. many looking to go to Mass. It was nice ride up...at the top there is good view of the surroundings below.
