Clean, new hotel. Basic room with good shower. Difficult parking
Reviewed By HelviolcSpent one night at WR comfort with my wife. The hotel is very new and quite clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was awesome. Breakfast was good, but they need to replenish the food and drinks more often. On the negative side, there was no availability for parking inside the building. The parking space of the building is also very narrow - easy to bump the car over the wall or columns. The other thing we didn’t like was that the air con is just over the bed, which can bother people that have a sensitive throat. Overall it is a good value for money. Just be aware as well that the location is a bit far from the city action.

Lugar muito limpo e arejado, todos utensílios de cozinha necessários, tem no flat. Ficamos muito satisfeitos, com certeza voltaremos. Um comentário especial, pra quem gosta de tirar fotos, tem um terraço onde pode-se ver o pôr do sol, um espetáculo. Ahhh, + um comentário, a proprietária "CRIS" um amor de pessoa, muito atenciosa e simpática sempre pronta a nos atender. Super recomendo!!

Wonderful trip
Reviewed By Astrid PRefugio da Ilha is one of the most wonderful places we’ve been in Brazil. We spent 4 days with friends and four kids. The adults could enjoy the boat, horse and jeep rides while claudia and her daughter were taking care of the kids. The family atmosphere is very special and there is no words to describe the landscapes of Salobra. We were very lucky to spot a few animals including a Jaguar!

Reviewed By KarinW1780Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed by the owner (in Swiss German!) and the guides. We felt at home right away. Our room had a view of the lagoon, with a lot of wildlife that could be observed from the hammock on our veranda without even having to step out of the door. The guides (English and German speaking) were great and there are a lot of options for activities. Also the (portugese speaking) rest of the staff was very friendly and professional, the food was delicious, the room always clean and the surroundings well kept.

Reviewed By pcarey01What an Amazing experience! My wife and I stayed at Caiman for 4 nights and we loved it! The food is great, the activities are fun and educational, and the service is absolutely top notch! All of the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make the experience special. Also, I definitely recommend doing the Onçafari Jaguar experience and the Hyacinth (Blue) Macaw project! The conservation efforts in this area of the Pantanal are truly inspiring! Oh, and we saw 11 different jaguars in 4 days! Not to mention all of the other plants and animals that are thriving in the area.

Reviewed By Chris Wa simple but clean, friendly and quite place to rest. we came by Bonito for a cupple of days and we had a great time staying in this hotel. I can only recomend this place. the hotel is located in the city center as any other hotel too. from there you can reach all Bonito attractions easily. (but you need a car)
