I would really recommend this place - although it is out of Bueu, it is a beautiful building and a really quiet place to stay. From the house it's about 10 minutes to walk downhill to a great beach and from there you can walk into Bueu mainly along the beach. There is a great deli on the road to the beach and you can buy hams, cheeses, beer and wine to enjoy back at the house. There is also a lovely terrace with views of the sea. Breakfast is a treat with a range of home-made cakes and yoghurt, as well as fresh juice, bread cheese and ham. If you're getting the bus from pontevedra you can get off before Bueu and walk uphill (it's not far but it's quite steep!) or there are cabs in Bueu that you can get (about 6E).

I can’t praise this place enough. It had everything one could expect and then some more. The property is slightly off the beaten track but well worth the detour. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Our bikes were taken and stored securely. We were given a tour of the beautiful common areas , the beautiful gardens and the pool area before then being shown to our room. The attention to detail in the interior decor of house and bedrooms was notable. Wood, stone, tile and wallpaper combine to make this a very beautiful residence. The Casa Is run very professionally but they also care about their guests Towels arrived poolside followed by iced water. We enquired about dinner and were driven and collected, as were others, from a restaurant in the town about 1km away. Laundry was hung out for us while we wined and dined. There was no extra charge for any of these services. Breakfast was again excellent as could only be expected from top notch hosts. We promise to return for a holiday without the bikes next time!

As Chivas is a country lodge from the beginning of the 20th century. It is located in a farming land of 5,000 square meters, totally surrounded by stone walls as old as the house, where 2 granaries are located (the jewels of the house). It is a two-story house.
The agricultural background of the hotel is evident from the extensive grounds, supplementary buildings and farming instruments scattered about. It's a modest but sprawling building with large spacious rooms with attached bathroom and wooden flooring. All a little scruffy but clean and keeping with the farmstay theme. Food is simple but more than adequate, the staff seemingly confined to two very busy women workers. Breakfast was similarly simple, and disappointing for not offering any fresh farm produce. Comfortable for a short stay.

Perfectly located in the heart of Tui we stayed for one night on our camino. We had a lovely comfortable room, with plenty of space that was nice and clearn and a good breakfast the next day. The check in was warm and friendly.

Stayed here for one week in October in room 201. Top floor but no balcony. Room perfectly clean and comfortable with a double and single bed. I’m amazed at the good value of this place. 30 euros a night. Literally right on the beach. Friendly staff who tried their hardest to speak to me in English. Breakfast was great. There was also a kitchen available 24/7 with tea, coffee, snacks, fruit, microwave, fridge. All food in here was free! 2 minute walk to main strip of sanxenxo. Will most definitely stay here again!

We stayed a night here whilst walking the Camino. A beautiful, quaint hotel in a picturesque village with stunning views. We were greeted by Carmen who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food and breakfast was plentiful Hotel was comfortable and had a beautiful garden for our use leading down to the coast. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would recommend.

Good value stop over with a nice breakfast in a quiet area. It is a bit of a walk into town but there is a reasonable choice of restaurants. Vilagarcia is not the prettiest place to spend much time there.

The house has a very warm and inviting atmosphere, and Maite is very friendly, she gave us a lot of recommendations where to go and what to do in the environments. We had nice talks while having a very good breakfast in the morning. The rooms are very nice, very clean. We would come back at any time!
