All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for " a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room, which was about 10 meters smaller, then what was advertised and had 2 beds less and had a toilet located right in the room in the " glass cabinet" with shabby curtain closable only from outside....romantic? not!....well, staff changed the room once we complained... we booked 2 hours massage at the luxorious spa...to learn at the time of the booking, that our reservation does not exist...and staff told us, we probably never booked.... the psa, which there is an extra charge of 1400czk/ person is so filthy, that I would not even bath my dog in that whirpool - look at the pictures... and when we complained about that all, we were told, that we are the only complaining guest and our behaviour is not acceptable....by a waiter with 2 huge disgusting oil stains on his wanna be chic tie...LOL. This place is an utter catastrophy and our spoiled weekend can't be made up for with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...sorry guys....

We a family of 4 with two small children stayed here during the last snow of the season. There are two separate houses one with the very modern and stylish “hotel” and another with the apartments primarily used by families. The apartment building is a bit older and not at par with the boutique feel of the main building. The Location is very nice and nestled in the Mountains. Be carful if you arrive in heavy snow conditions to take your snow chains to get up the mountain. Service and food at the restaurant is decent quality and equivalent to a 3-4* hotel.

We booked a room for 5 nights. The room was really nice, clean and warm, even the radiator was turned on when we arrived - quite late in the evening. The location was the best, as it is placed in the center of town, so we had a 1-minute walk from downtown, from all restaurants. A small supermarket was also next door. The personal was very friendly, always eager to help us. The breakfast was also great, we did not feel that we are missing anything. All in all, it was amazing, we would choose this hotel for another time without hesitating. Ps: the hotels restaurant was in our opinion the best in town!

Very popular place for eating. In the rush hour, it can get very crowdy, but the service is fast and friendly. When you order a dish from the daily menu, the delivery is really quick, even when the restaurant is totally full. Portions are big, food is tasty, prices are "mountain ones", as the Czechs say (lunch menu dish around 150 CZK, beer 50 CZK). Clean toilets, sitting both outside and inside, outdoor playground, beautiful views. Good choice :)

Our stay at Pension Happy was magical. The place is so cosy, welcoming and beautiful. The property is perfectly maintained, the breakfast is great, and the location is amazing - waking up and looking out into these beautiful mountains. A breathtaking sight! Thank you, family Dibliček for your warm hospitality! P.S. Highly recommending going for a hike to peak Snezka.

Great Czech Food. Really keenly priced. Quite big portions. Cosy and nice environment. Kind staff. The service was also so quick. We were not waiting. Must just recommend them. Much better than those wannabe posh restaurants... ;-)

Our Modry pension (Blue Guest House) is located on the western edge of the Krkonose national park (Giant Mountains), in the ski resort Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Its represents an ideal spot for both winter and summer recreation. A ski bus stops about 20 m from the guest house and assure a comfortable transport to the ski resorts Studenov and Horni Domky where the longest chair-lift in Czech Republic is to be found.

We visited this restaurant with friends for lunch or afternoon snack. Sitting inside it was empty in beginning but quickly more people were coming in. All the time we were waiting for waitress for long time. We ordered only soup and beers. Beers came quite a long time after soups. Soup was not good, it was something between goulash soup and tomato soup with pieces of sausages. It seemed like the rest of tomato sauce from day before was added. Beer was average. Hoegarden with lemon instead of lime. It took a while for waitress to come with a bill.
