Mango Tree Inn is a bed and breakfast in a mango grove near the sea in Pemuteran, Northwest Bali. Very quiet location, yet within walking distance of the beach and many shops and restaurants,
Our stay at the Mango Tree Inn couldn't have been better. We received the Deluxe Room which is still very new. We liked the special design and the private balcony with a wonderful view of the garden and the green nature. This place is so peaceful. You only hear the birds singing in the morning, it's perfect for a relaxing stay and still close to the beach and the restaurants. What made our stay even more special was the time that we spent with our host Chocolate. He was always there for us and took care of the organization of our activities (snorkelling/diving/fishing tour). We had some fun evenings together, chatting, eating local food and singing karaoke. Choc was treating us more like his friends than like tourists. All in all a perfect stay. A special thanks also to Kale who served us a delicious breakfast every morning, cleaned our room and was always super friendly. We hope to be back soon!

Small family run Eco Friendly Guesthouse located on the beach side of the main road in Pemuteran northwest Bali. Our property is a 5 minute walk to the coast and 10 minutes to the Bio-Rock. We can organize fun diving and snorkeling trips to Menjangan Island as well as beginner open water courses up to advance level.
Honestly after a time travelling it’s by far the place to stay, Ron and his family are amazingly welcoming and everything is perfect, from the room to the pool and the breakfast, is a must stay if you do a trip to this side of bali, forget every 60km around and chill here for 1,2 days or even a week. Truly thanks for everything

We have been in Bali for 5 weeks and this was our favourite place to stay. Pondok Shindu is only a few minutes walk from the beach with fantastic snorkelling, delicious restaurants and a great spa for massages nearby. Our favourite time of day was coming back from an early morning snorkel and having breakfast on our porch surrounded by lush plants. The owners Brux and Karen couldn't have been more helpful, giving advice on where to snorkel, organising a driver (who was very professional and drove safely) and more. If you are working, as I was, there is a desk in the room and the wifi is great. We did not want to leave, it felt like a home away from home and hope to come back!

Took a side trip out of Ubud and randomly booked this place...the best decision we made on our trip in Bali! Stayed here for a few days and wish we could stay more. We felt like we had our own slice of paradise! The hotel is nestled among beautiful tropical plants, the room is clean and spacious, we loved the outdoor bathroom and most importantly our host Suri was so kind and helpful. She helped us arrange activities, gave us local tips, and made sure our stay was comfortable. She made us breakfast every morning (toast, omelette, tea and bananas). The place is a half hour walk to the beach (worth it!), and a 10 minute drive to the hiking activity. Would definitely recommend, and hope we can go back soon!

Great place with friendly and helpful staff. Only 4 rooms set in beautiful gardens behind the balance cafe. Very clean (daily) with great air con and ceiling fan inside and outside the room. Brilliant large external seating area with drying rack for towels and shoes. Really large comfy bed and beautiful mosquito net. But didn't see toomany of these. Great place highly recommended. Close to beach and some great restaurants nearby.

Taman Menjangan Homestay located at Pejarakan, it is large village but still quiet and our place feel like in the jungle which a lot of birds' voices can hearing every morning. It is only 45 minutes cross to Menjangan Island with local boat for snorkeling and 15 minutes drive to Bali Barat National Park.
What a wonderful gem to have discovered! This little oasis is on a back street surrounded by farms full of pigs, chickens, and cows in the cute little village that takes you to Menjangan island. Putu, the owner, was so accommodating from start to finish from all the emails sent back and forth. He offered to pick us up from where we were staying about an hour away and drop us off after our time there. His driver was just as delightful as Putu and both of them spoke excellent English. Putu just finished completing two of three rooms, one was a master bedroom with a cool outdoor shower and the other was a little smaller room with an inside shower. There is a quiet air conditioner and basic essentials provided, such as towel and body wash. There is a nice patio with a table overlooking the hand-planted garden where we were served a simple, but delicious breakfast by Putu and his family consisting of fresh-cut fruit and a choice of either an omelette and toast or a local dish called Banana Japle, which resembled a panini pressed sandwich with banana inside and a drizzle of some kind of dark molasses flavored sauce on top. So good! Tea and coffee in cute tea pots were also provided. Putu arranged all of our tours and everything went very smoothly. He is a very kind, genuine, and warm-hearted person that we are very happy to support! If you want the true Balinese experience, stay here! We would have stayed longer, but had previous engagements.

Gede is a very friendly host who will make you feel right at home. The bungalows are clean and spacious, a perfect place to get back to after a day of exploring. Good value for money. Thank you Gede, for showing me such a good time :-) Kind regards, Conny from the Netherlands

Me and my friend stayed two nights at this hotel. When we arrived, late at night, we got a watermelon juice as a welcome gesture. The room was clean and they clean the rooms everyday. Everything worked well: The AC, toilet, warm water, fridge etc. The best thing with this hotel is by far the staff. They were so helpful and genuine. My friend got sick and they brought us food for free and helped us arrange car ride to the hospital. The only negative with Gede Homestay was the WiFi but I think this rather has to do with the location than the hotel. Would stay here again.
