Awesome self-service B&B
Reviewed By DiemelThis lovely B&B is situated in a former peppermint candy factory. Only 5 beautiful appointed rooms. You book and pay for your stay in advance. You recieve your entry code for the frontdoor and your room by email. When you arrive just call the numbers on your mobile and thats it. It worked well! No reception, no greetings. Nothing, but it works very well for us. You can rent a bike via their website. Lots of info about Sneek and its surroundings can be found in the entrancehall. Super comfy bed. Nice LCD TV screen. A/C worked well! 5 min walk to centre of Sneek with lots of bars and restaurants. Next morning at 8 am knock on the door and the breakfastbox was placed before our door. Assortement of rolls, sugarbread, croissants, cheese, ham, Danish pastry, orange juice, boiled eggs. Coffee/Tea tray is in the room. Nespresso coffee! My favorite. We had a great stay!

Beautifull place
Reviewed By Jot EWhat can I say? Delicious food + tasty coffee, nice room, extremely comfortable bed, fresh air, beautiful views, singing of nature. Not enough electrical sockets, but otherwise everything was fine. I highly recommend this place! There is everything you need to rest! We will come back :)

Reviewed By 130ericWe zaten in the Village House. Wat een super mooi huisje is dit zeg. Zeer smaakvol ingericht inclusief een kerstboom, goed gevulde ijskast en top hospitality door Huib! Geen moeite was te veel. Restaurant was helaas gesloten maar werd vervangen door een overheerlijke borelbox inclusief top wijn. Kortom, helemaal TOP!

Reviewed By Kari GWe had a lovely stay in a good guesthouse with a lovely garden. A spacious room with a small kitchen which suited our family well. The tourist information and local restaurant/pub nearby (which also let bikes ) made it easy for us to plan our days in the area. We appreciate the friendly landlady, Linda.

Fijne plek, centraal in Friesland.
Reviewed By ADS_55Hebben hier gelogeerd in de heel comfortable Bovenkamer. Ruime kamer met goede bedden en riante badkamer. Maar ook nog een zitje, een zeer compleet keukentje en een eettafel! Alles heel schoon en goed verzorgd door Boukje. Eigen opgang d.m.v. een trap aan de buitenzijde. We komen er graag nog eens terug.

Leuke basic benb
Reviewed By 995idatLeuke basic b en b in een 2 onder 1 kap woning in een woonwijk in Sneek. Naar het centrum is prima te lopen. Naar buiten de stad ook. Station is dichtbij. Lieve, gezellige gastvrouw met een basic maar lekker ontbijt. Wij hadden de zolderverdieping met eigen badkamer. Prima vertoeven.

Glorified shed!
Reviewed By Steve PBooked this hotel for 6 days, but left earlier due to lack of sleep. The accommodation is just a posh garden shed placed inside a building with a plastic bathroom cubical from a caravan stuck inside. There are no outside window for natural light, this also means there is absolutely no fresh air at all, Making it very uncomfortable at night to sleep. You can also so hear every little noise in the whole building and every footstep in all the sheds near you. There is nowhere to unpack your case only a rack to place it on. So if you are a couple you live out of your bag! The toilets are extremely noisy when you flush them and the wash basin is tiny. The breakfast is just ok nothing special. There is a machine to get a free cup of tea but if you want coffee get your money out! There is no information in hotel about the area etc and when asked staff they were not very up on the info either. On reflection this hotel may be ok for one night only but if you want it as your base for your holiday steer clear. I did asked for a refund for the nights we did not stay but not a penny hence this honest review.
