We had great experience staying there for 2 nights. Probably the best place to stay in Aristi. They also have restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very helpful with recommendations, maps and anything we needed.

Spyros and Markela were amazing hosts! Smiling and positive people making our stay comfortable and unforgettable! The room was very comfortable and clean!! It was very close to the best beach of Parga, Valtos. And not very far from the famous Castle of Parga and the center of the village. Totally recommended!!!!!

We spent 3 nights here at the end of April. We weren't prepared for the village to be deserted, so ended up spending more time than we had thought in the hotel. The owner was very welcoming, and offered to cook for us every night because there was nowhere else open nearby. We enjoyed grilled meats, chips, cheese and salad, but it was disappointing not to have choice. The hotel itself was clean and rooms were spacious. Everything about the hotel was fine. There was a nice log fire next to the dining area which was nice of an evening when it got a bit chilly. We were the only guests staying, and we often had the owner sitting chatting to us. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, as nothing was homemade, and there was no local produce, just plain bread, slices of edam cheese, and a jar of jam. Adequate, but nothing special. Overall it was a good stay, but could have been great with a better breakfast, which perhaps would have been the case later on in the season.

A very warm Welcome from the host at this small boutique hotel. Our room was very nice downstairs with a very large veranda overlooking the valley. Well proportioned bathroom with shower and plenty of toiletries and towels. Bedroom had a large double bed, TV, air con unit and a discreetly hidden kitchenette. Lounge area was made up into a 2nd bedroom again with TV, air con until, wardrobe and small table/desk until. Large mirrors in all rooms, and large patio doors onto the veranda. Breakfast served between 08:30 and 19:30, buffet style where you help yourself, staff replenish through out morning, Buffet consists of daily changing pastries, salad, cheeses, cold sliced meats and warm items of fried eggs. Coffee is on the buffet table via a flask kettle provided fir tea, although Greek coffee, latte and iced coffees can be ordered at an additional cost of between €2 and €3. Owner and staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Any information required is obtained and places of interest to visit in the area is shared. Parking is available on roadside just across from the property as well as a small 8 space Carpark one property down/up the road next door to a restaurant. There are 2 very nice restaurants either side of My Suites, I can recommend both establishments, food is very fresh, staff friendly and very well priced. Just up the road is a wonderful bakery open from 07:00 for very nice cakes and treats, the Bougatsa made fresh, is lovely, very large portion, be quick in the morning or pre order for the next day, you’ve been warned ?. All in all a very nice experience, I just wish we had stayed for longer, but no doubt we will be back soon, if not this property in her other property just down the valley. Thank you for a lovely stay.

There are many "rooms to let" and "appartments to rent" in Perama,3km from Ioannina..this one is great.run by mother Olga and daughter Ellie..spotless in every aspect.rooms comfortably furnished all items in the rooms-tiled floors, furniture, bathroom new-small fridge Downstairs they have a well stocked mini market with everything possibly needed Yes,Perama is a very small village with not much other than the Perama cave as visitor worthy, but the views and close-ness to Ioannina far outweighs the need to stay in the city at much higher prices per night

We loved our stay in this happy, colourful flat with an amazing view of the town and the little island infant of the harbour. It was the best choice we could have made. What better place than to have breakfast on one's own little balcony, with beautiful Parga below!!! The accommodation itself was perfect, comfortable and clean and the location the best - right near the entrance to the Fort, close to some of the best tavernas and restaurants and a short and easy walk down to Valtos Beach. Parking was never a problem, just a 5-10 min walk up the road and there is a little mini market just across the street. Having said all that, I must add that, apart from the amazing view, the next best asset of Marthas's Studios is Martha herself!!! Isn't it always like that. A place , a hotel, a business needs a soul, a warm heart and Martha is just that !! The soul of the place. Very helpful and very friendly, from the moment one passes the doorstep into her little courtyard area, one feels at home. Canaries sing happily and the fragrance form all her fruit trees fills the air. Colourful bougainvilliae flowers give colour to the little dining area on the first floor and lots of flowers add to the image of a well kept and loved guesthouse. Martha even brought us some home made cookies and cakes. A taste of Greek hospitality. Apart from the single room flats ( with small kitchenette area), one can also rent a larger penthouse flat to accommodate a family or 2 couples. I highly recommend a stay with Martha ....minimum 3 nights. As she and her family lived for years in Germany , she speaks fluent German, much to the happiness of my husband and all the other Germans staying there."
