Had a brief visit to this awesome lighthouse. It is well maintained and taken care of and maintained. Very easy to get to.

Janet Head Lighthouse re-opened to the public for July and August of 2019. October, 2019 update - the lighthouse is now closed for the season. The outside grounds are open year round. Summer hours for the 2020 season will be posted in the spring, 2020.

It is a good looking replica of of the lighthouse which once sat on the location where the stone gazebo and bandstand is there now. Thwere is a good view of the waterfront.
