COCO Chocolatier

Specialist fine chocolate maker and chocolate school based in Edinburgh. We meticulously craft our portfolio of premium chocolate bars with the world’s finest cocoa from Colombia before enveloping them in original designs by independent artists.

Came across this wee place by accident, as wanted to know a little about chocolate. We were all made to feel very welcome, had a tour of the "factory" and were shown how to do everything, then did it ourselves. We made flavoured broken chocolate bars, filled chocolate moulds, piped in our fillings and closed the mould. Throughout the experience we were free to ask any questions. This has really piqued my interest and my imagination is running riot. I would definately recommend this company to anyone that wants to learn and have fun.

Lothian Wine School - Day Classes

Such a lovely evening tasting wines with Justin! I learnt a great deal and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! My friend and I felt very relaxed and the COVID precautions were great: Justin wore a mask while pouring wines; windows were open; lots of hand sanitiser available and socially distanced tables (but not people who came together!). A lot of fun and I would recommend xxx

Came here for the candle workshop with work. The workshop was 10am until 12 and went in very fast there were plenty of refreshments and very relaxing atmosphere the raspberry crumble was fantastic. The morning started with going over the different candle wax’s available and under burning and over burning.Added the wick to the glass jar the placed the label around the glass then we weighed out the wax then melted in a pot then added scent and mixed for 2 minutes then poured into the glass. Then we got to make up our own oil from different scents for the oil/wax burner.A very enjoyable morning and gained some knowledge of candles and came away with some great gifts.
