While you might want to stay longer, it's a perfect way to get a taste of our Spanish classes and prepare yourself for more rewarding travel experiences. After your 3-hour Spanish class, we'll take you on a city tour through historic Quito and to Mitad del Mundo with a Spanish or English speaking Guide. Saturday, 08-11am

At heart we are a small family farm with big dreams. From our small dairy farm we are now making home-made artisanal ice cream that we sell in town. Tours of the farm and/or the surrounding areas are available with Edgar as your guide. He is bilingual and has been guiding local tours since 2008. We also offer a volunteer opportunity at the farm, in the rural community of Rio Muchacho. Volunteers pay only $25 a week, working just half a day on the farm, practicing their spanish, learning about local agricultural practice and culture, and feeling part of our small family.

Salsa Classes We offer salsa classes by the hour for individuals, couples, or groups of three to 20 persons at very reasonable prices in our beautiful studio in the Historic Center of Cuenca. Our Director, Julio, has more than 10 years of experience practicing and teaching ballroom dance. Salsa is a popular form of social dance that originated in New York with strong influences from Latin America.
