After many years of hard work, the "Sleeping Beauty" has awoken from its slumber. The city is beautifully restored and has an ultra-modern public transport system. The “Port of the Moon” is also now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Stone Bridge, with its 17 arches, crosses the Garonne, offering pedestrians a lovely view over the docks and harbor. Take a stroll through old Bordeaux in the Triangle d'Or and stop at Place des Quinconces, France’s largest public square. The city of Bordeaux is an ideal base for exploring the greater wine region’s unforgettable sights and tastes.

Des cours de francais thematiques : visiter Bordeaux en francais, decouvrir le vin en francais.
I cannot recommend Com'En France enough for students of all language levels wishing to progress quickly and in a lovely environment. The attention to each individual need and the warmth of the teachers is unequaled. I am a French professor in the United States and our college program needed to find a language school that would prepare our students for entry into the French university system as quickly as possible. After a three-week intensive program at Com'En France, all five of our students progressed at the equivalent of three semesters of French. That's one semester of progress per week! All while enjoying themselves and developing friendships within the Com'En France community. The families they lived with were carefully chosen, in beautiful locations, and the instructors were supremely competent, qualified, patient, and kind. Bordeaux is an ideal city to study French and the Com'En France excursions were of the highest caliber. I have visited numerous language schools and I can say with confidence that Com'En France is unmatched in its all-around quality and the benefits (linguistic but also social and cultural) that one gets from their courses. I recommend it enthusiastically and without reservation.

Learn, understand and share the taste of wine with me, Francois Martin, winemaker, wine taster and wine writer. This tasting session lasts two or three hours (including dinner) and is located on the doorstep of the Garonne, in the heart of Bordeaux's historic wine district. In collaboration with SIP Wine Tours we look forward to welcoming you to my private tasting room.

Bordeaux wine expertise and traditions have been passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years. The Bordeaux Wine School was founded as a result of this desire to share the living heritage of wine with a wider public. Our team of winegrowers, oenologists, and sommeliers are always happy to help you to discover their profession.
