Ate here on Sunday night as a family. Itâs in a great, vibrant area of Rome with lots of eateries - away from the big tourist areas but definitely worth a visit. The food and atmosphere were really good but what made our evening really great were Marylu and Luigi who were great fun ... and the limoncello was good too!

This place was perfectly located on our walk back from the Vatican to Piazza Navona. We saw the good reviews and it did not disappoint! The hardest part was choosing which of the Paniniâs to have, such a great and interesting list of choices! Both of ours were delicious and great value for money in a popular location! 10/10 would recommend you making your way here when in Rome!

We went today there and the food was absolutely amazing! I had some pasta with clams (10 euro) and my boyfriend lasagna (8 euro). They were both on the menu of the day and it was the best choice we could have made. And then, we got an extraordinary tiramisu (I have no words to describe it - I do not usually eat tiramisu, but this one... I could not stop ). I think we are going back for sure. They also have very good artizanal beer (5 euro). A must try!

Very good food and nice service . The crostini options are excellent and so tasty. The cheese and meat platter was delicious and the bread they served had rosemary on it so it was unreal .

Popped in for a snack after a long tour of The Vatican. Only had a Lasagna but it was the best one I had the whole time we were in Rome.

Borgo 139 is a small laboratory of Italian gastronomy, Mediterranean cuisine prepared by Italians according to our tradition. We offer a wide range of express sandwiches, with fresh, top quality and strictly Italian ingredients. The bread, fragrant and al
Itâs a perfect place for the people who like tasty sandwiches with fresh ingredients cooked fast. To be well satisfied be sure that your wishes are transferred to the barman before you got the order;) we came here on the October 17-th, 2019 expecting itâs a fastfood and was not disappointed! It was the best panini ever (Parma and Modena, coka cola and beer - â¬14 in total for two persons). The barman was very positive and friendly, he take care of you needs cooking from the heart and his please keeping it clean. At the end weâve got a compliment from the barman and I would say that it is one of the thing needs to be tasted. Do not listen feedbacks from the people who visited this place thinking itâs a restaurant and was disappointed! I recommend.

Hostaria con cucina tipica romana e sfiziosità senza allontanarsi troppo dai sapori base e tradizionali.
Hidden in an alley off the beaten path (but super close to the metro) Armando occupies the site of an early 19th-century Osteria that has pretty much been serving food and wine ever since (though under different ownerships and incarnations). Armando updated the historical venue with taste and designed the menu with plenty of references to the traditional Roman cuisine. Many osteria dishes are present, though reinvented and enlightened. Contemporary dishes and new creations are the most interesting, and all of them are enough to allow a small group to eat them as tapas in lieu of a multiple-course meal. The wine list needs work and we hope it will be fully redesigned in consultation with an expert, external eye. Hence four stars rather than five. CordialmenteArmando

Heard about Pane & Salame from friends who visited there previously and it definitely did not disappoint. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up but we had the option of ordering at the counter if we wanted. We waited for a table and it was well worth it! We ordered a mixed board, 2 incredible sandwiches, water, and wine for lunch. Probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten! What I appreciated most was how everyone that worked there worked together as a team to ensure every consumer had a great experience. Would definitely recommend and well worth the wait for a table if you want to sit. Very cute decor inside as well.

The food here was delicious - itâs quite a limited menu, but the food is still really good! Thereâs a lovely relaxed vibe here, and the ambience/atmosphere of the restaurant makes it an enjoyable evening! Also, I havenât been anywhere yet with such a wide section of red wines - so if you enjoy a glass of red I would definitely recommend. The waiting staff were also attentive and helpful when we had questions about the menu. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Rome!
