Find out what Latin restaurants to try in Varadero. The powdery sands of Varadero are as seductive as the soft lapping of the Kawama Channel waves. Famed gangster Al Capone used to frequent the shoreline resorts, and the city still maintains that glamorous luster that’s been historically appealing to high rollers. Mansions-turned-museums are favorite destinations for curious Cuban history buffs. Nature lovers can embark upon a day of adventure, exploring the area’s caves, keys, and virgin forests.

This is Al Capone's house that has been converted to a restaurant
Lobster tails were so scrumptious, and very large. View was amazing, right on the water. Staff were great. Due to a misunderstanding one of the guests ordered a drink they did not want, not only did they make it right, they never charged for the incorrect one even another guest drank it

If you wanna enjoy nice dinner with lovely Cuban music in the background La Bodeguita is definitely the place to go. You have to try their rice with black beans! Just be careful with the mojitos and cuba libres, their rum/coke ratio is a bit different than you might be used to;)

Terraza Cuba is a Bar&Restaurant at Santa Marta, Varadero.
Iâve been to Varadero and stayed in Santa Marta several times this year but we never noticed this establishment before. Now we know! Clean, well air conditioned and excellent service in dining area as well as in the enclosed cigar/bar room. The food was delicious and at high standards. The bathroom was super clean and provided clean hand cloths for drying. Fancy! We discovered 11 años Santiago de Cuba Ron here! Wow! Definitely would return. We actually had dinner first night and on a different night returned for the cigar and Ron bar. Very much enjoyed this place and would return. Highly recommend!thanks a lot for your review.regards,

What a great experience! This unassuming restaurant located just outside of Roc Barlovento resort has something truly unique. They have different culinary chefs showcasing their talent. My friends and I (3 of us) went to eat the ''langosta'' (lobster) which came with a soup and salad. We added wine to this delight and professional service for a total of 58 CUC. What a fantastic and delicious dinner we had. Truly an experience I want to repeat.
