Usually TripAdvisor rankings never goes wrong, this time it did. This place was highly recommended by a couple of friends, I had high expectations. It was a really bad overpriced lunch. Maybe it was a bad day. We had the arrachera tacos, cuitlacoche tacos and lechon. None of them were good.Maybe next time if there is one They will change my mind. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your comments will surely be taken into account to improve our overall service.

It Is a good place to go with family. There Is food for all. Very good food! Inventive menu with fresh ingredients played so artfully. Standouts: whitefish flautas and risotto with mushroom and asparagus. Both were so flavorful.

Seriously just stop reading this review and go get the shrimp tacos (tacos de camarón). Theyâre one of the best things Iâve ever eaten in my life. The shrimp is fried in a light batter and lightly seasoned to bring out the natural flavors of the shrimp. Sweet, savory, salty, delicious.A few notes on how the restaurant works in case youâre easily confused like me. You walk up to the taquero and place your order. Heâll hand you your food and a slip of paper with what you ordered on it. Keep that. Youâll need it to pay and if you decide to get more food. If you order drinks or more complicated dishes than the simple tacos your waiter will bring those to your table. Thereâs a bar with different salsas and veggies you can add to your tacos, although honestly the shrimp is so good I donât think it needs any dressing up.The fish tacos were also good but not as great as the shrimp in my opinion. A little bland compared to other fish tacos Iâve had. But those shrimp tacos, my god. I will dream of those shrimp tacos tonight.

My husband and I came for lunch, we should have taken advice to not eat seafood this far from the coast. The service was really good. We shared the cebcihes samplers - they were fine. Esquites con camaron was really good and then we split Plancha del Mar - the fish and possibly the octopus tasted off and about 8 hours later we were both sick with chills,hot sweats and gastrointestinal symptoms. We had not eaten anywhere else or drank any other place this day and are pretty sure it was from the fish that did not taste fresh in the entrees we ate.

I canât say enough about this place. We loved the foodâevery biteâand enjoyed the staff, every one of which knew all about the dishes they were serving. My wife had the mole enchiladas and I had the chipotle âhongoâ enchiladas. Both were excellent; but the appetizers were the pinnacle of our dinner: their special cheese dish (called âOcosingoâ or something like that and the âmixtoâ ceviche. They served us three different salsas that were unique and uncommonly tasty. Everything was just scrumptious. Weâll be back!

Fantastic meal! I ordered the July 2019 special Chile en Nogada as recommended by Anthony Bourdain for Mexico. It was fantastic and delicious â I have tasted nothing like it in USA. My dish was numbered! Wine from Baja California. Service was superb! Cost is reasonable. My dining companion ordered Mole which was outstanding.It is very comforting to receive messages like yours, and we would love to meet you again. It will be our pleasure to serve you again.

I stopped here because it was close to my bed and breakfast, and ended up having a terrific meal. I had Salsa Puttanesca, prepared at tableside, which I thought was interesting, and a tomato and goat cheese âsaladâ, which was more like a set of toppings on a circular cracker, but which was very good. A good choice of meat. Choose the NY rib steak with a nice glass of Mexican Malbec and the dinner was just fine. Maybe a little bit expensive compare to Mexican standard but for the rest nothing to say.
