Hidden behind a large entrance lies a beautiful intimate and romantic restaurant. Although we did not stay at the resort we couldn't feel more welcomed by the staff. The menu is short but inspired with excellent Mexican food and great cocktails. Encantada is one of the few spots in the area where you can pay with card, setting an example for many other places in the area.Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your time in remember us! We arrived in Tulum after a long trip from Belize and wanted to have a quick bite. Safari was close to our hotel and looked nice. We ordered a few tacoâs and side dishes. Tacoâs were good. Rice/beans, guacemole and ceviche average. Service , which was good, was added to our bill which was not told to is when we ordered (and not mentioned on the menu either). Couldât pay by card which i donât understand in such a tourist place. Overall ok, but price versus quality not entirely in balance.

Breakfast is continental with fresh fruit, good coffee and pancakes ( which are too die for).The evening food is excellent , with a good and varied choice. The choice of Steaks are amazing and are cooked to perfection .The service is great; friendly & cheerful !The mojitos are the best I have had ... Like most of Tulum sadly , this restaurant is expensive but it isnât alone and something you have to adjust too if you visit here .

What a cool place! I was with my hippie aunt, mother, and two other aunts and everyone enjoyed this place. My hippie aunt and I probably enjoyed it the most, but the tacos are great, service was good, the beach below was cool, and they are even 420 & pet friendly! I am now a regular! Everything about our dinner experience was enjoyable. Food tasted great. They had sophisticated choices for adults and simple tacos for our kids. Bar selection was nice with fresh IPA and Margaritas. Will eat here again on this trip. It's that friendly and good.

Alexis ensure a spot on service for us, starting with giving us moscito spray. He was attentive throughout the whole meal, excellent! The Parmesan bread was amazing. Great steak and good empanada. The Carajllo was a good dessert/ drink.This is a party restaurant, so if you like it quite this is not the place to be and the prices are a bit stiff.Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to write us, we are very pleased to know that you were able to share such a pleasant moment with us. We were absolutely delighted by this experience. It was such a unique concept as we had never come across such a tour. Itâs kinda like a tour and a dinner combined. Our guide Riaz was the life of the party and gave such interesting information and insight. Really recommendable doing this.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here based on the high TripAdvisor ranking...and it did not disappoint. Coming during the low season, we didn't have to worry about a reservation, and were warmly welcomed in. The tuna appetizer was amazing, and the cocktails (though pricey) were fresh and delicious. While I got the whitefish - which was very good - my wife got the spare rib, which was incredible. Just a great dining experience.Thank you for your comments, we are glad you enjoyed your experience at BAL NAK'.
