Two years ago we had a bad experience with the tuna....we must be slow learners because we went back again this year and had the seared tuna...and guess what....the tuna was even worse...not even sure it was tuna..Really sad because the location and the ambiance and the music is greatBUTDo not ever order the mysterious fish they refer to as Seared Tuna..We may come back in several years to listen to the music...but never again the foodMazatlan is full of great places to eat...but this is not one of them!!!!!!!!

Iconic corner in the heart of Old Town Mazatlán, Plaza Machado. Open since December 1997. The first place on Machado Square. Quality Live music On the Street: Blues, Jazz and LatÃn. Our continental based mainly on Shrimp, Fresh Fish from the Dock everyday
A lovely restaurant in the beautiful Machado square on a quiet evening. Several had the signature pork hock and the rest shrimp done two ways. Butter and garlic and I had the coconut shrimp. Everyone agreed it was a wonderful evening. Food was excellent service was good and the ambience was outstanding. Thanks, hope to see you back sometime soon.Have a great day!.

This restaurant stiffed their band who brought them many patrons week after week and then booked a closed party without telling the players, many of whom flew into play with the band. The restaurant needs to learn a lesson and not hurt people. Don't patronize this restaurant. And their food is not so hot, the service even worse.

By far the best restaurant.... Food (exquisite), service (exemplary) and atmosphere (magnificent). My first visit was December 2018 and I am going back!!! In Mazatlan your first restaurant should be El Aljibe. I am definitely going back...see you in February 2019!!!Although I always commented that El Alljibe is another option in Mazatlan to have a good evening, because there are also other good restaurants.always like to hear good things about the work that is doneVery grateful, again, and especially when they make the effort to open an account to comment a reviewThank,s Horizan.

Great Cuban restaurant toward the north end of the Golden Zone.
We were here last five years ago. Couldnât wait to have one of the their Mojitos again. We were not disappointed. The food (garlic shrimp and sugar pork) was delicious. Reasonable prices, portions not too big but enough to be satisfying. Carlos, the owner, is very interesting to talk to. Yes, the womenâs bathroom could be cleaner, but I have seen worse. And everything else makes up for it.

We went there following some TA reviews. Nice setting, but not spectacular. Food was fine, nothing especial. Service was standard. We expected a more gourmet environment.

Our second night in Mazatlan (due to plan landing later than usual). Amazing dinner. I had the Zarapes Filet Mignon (is not wrapped in bacon) and my husband had the Shrimp. EXCELLENT. Honestly the best steak I have ever had. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. My guacamole was exactly how I like it - prepared at our table - as well as the salsa my husband had. Definitely will be back!

A nice "bohemian" style place ....Enjoy the taste of our latin passion!....Mediterranean style kitchen with a touch of mexican ingredients....Beer, wine, cocktails and soft music to enjoy!-Temporarily Closed will reopen in October.
Party of seven made it just under the bell for 2 for 1 margaritas. Most of us have been to Angelina's on many occasions. The newcomers were impressed. We had an assortment of appetizers with the tortas and octopus as highlights. For the main courses we basically tried everything from the pulpo to the pork shank. Shrimp ravioli and the fresh fish. Salads and even deserts. Everything was delightful and as usual the service and friendliness of everyone at Angelina's was excellent. Looking forward to my return in October to meet the newest member of Angelina's family.

Topoloâs is by far one of the top five fine dining restaurants in Mazatlan. This season saw us as well as our friends eat here quite often. From the moment you step into this restaurant until you leave with a full belly you will not be disappointed. The ever famous salsa that is complementary and made right at your table to the main course great menu and of course you have to try their famous Irish coffee which is also a show in itself and made at your table. Your meal would not be complete without the famous and delicious tasting flambé for dessert. Service and ambience is second to none at this establishment. Please if Mazatlán is in your future travel plans this restaurant is a must visit.
