Dined here with friends, loved the Japanese pancake, very reasonably priced, well cooked, we had the seafood version and very filling. Good service. The only negative is the wine list, with the cheapest bottle of white wine $65.00 A bit steep for the coastHey mate! Thanks for the positive review. We agree on our wine list - that was an error on our part in setting up the menu. We have always had bottles available from $50 but just failed to make that clear on our first draft of the menu but we have updated it now. Bottles from $48 which I hope you agree is a bit more reasonable

Cocotte Dining, unique style of Japanese French cuisine in Robina. As the name suggests, it is a cozy French bistro style restaurant with signature dish of casserole and culture served amid the enticing aromas of an open kitchen. We have been here for 5 y
My wife and I love French cuisine and here we have a very interesting combination of French and Japanese which work well together.Itâs a small restaurant and for a welcome change, very quiet. A rare find that you can have a conversation without shouting, or hearing people across the room. Admittedly we visited mid-week and it was not very full, but a wonderful ambiance indeed.A very interesting menu that offers al a carte, a two-course set menu, or a three-course set menu. We chose the three-course set menu and were not disappointed. The food was simply delicious and beautifully presented. The service was efficient but a little slow between courses, but I suspect the chef was a perfectionist which does take a little more time. When I booked on-line it asked if it was a special occasion and I mentioned it was my wifeâs birthday. When the deserts arrived, there were sparklers on my wifeâs dish, which thrilled her somewhat. A lovely touch. When we had finished eating the owner/chef introduced himself which gave us the opportunity to thank him. He also came to the door and said goodnight when we left.A wonderful evening and we are already planning to returnThank you very much for your wonderful review!!It's great to hear that you are happy with us and planning next visit. And I appreciate you understanding us that taking time to provide our food.We are trying to make our customers happy as much as we can.We will keep up our job and try to make you happy again on your next visit. Thanks again and looking forward to seeing you next time!!Warm RegardsShunichi Tanabe (Chef/Owner)Cocotte Dining

Pan-Asian flavours in one of the Gold Coast's most iconic locations. Focusing on fresh locally sourced produce with intention to share.
A group of us went to Rick Shores for lunch with great anticipation of a memorable meal. It was a busy lunchtime. We were disappointed to find that the decor is tired , menu was OK and food was not upto par. The service was poor. There were plenty of staff but they almost avoided work. None of our dishes were as good as we expected or had previously enjoyed. It is a shame as the waterfront position is great.

Had a wonderful meal at Itoshin. The staff were very helpful as we asked lot of questions on the food and saki options. The food was spectacular. Presentation, service, flavour and quality of the food was outstanding, we will be gong back.

Hidden behind doors .. a whole world of up -market Tokyo ,appears .. a amazing large curved Teppanyaki that seats 14 with high backed chairs .. or lovely tables in beautiful rooms. The menu is wonderful and staff very accomodating. really really special. It is not inexpensive .. however it is so good the price disappears due to the great experience .. Enjoy.

I went to Kiyomi with my mum as her early birthday dinner. I have been to Kiyomi twice now and both times have been amazing!! The sashimi and all of the seafood are so fresh and absolutely delicious. The service is so good as well, full of friendly faces :) My mum and I decided to get a 16 piece sashimi plate and wow it was so good. My personal favourite was the octopus and watermelon, that was the best thing I have ever eaten. The setup of the restaurant gives such a good vibe! It may be expensive but it is definitely the place to go if you want to treat yourself and your loved ones. I loved it!!

This small restaurant is well worth a visit. The menu is a mixture of different Asian cuisines and everything looks delicious. The menu reads well with small courses, share platters and larger dishes. We shared the Korean fried cauliflower, the assorted xo sauce with assorted mushrooms with garlic crumbs. The cauliflower dish was very generous and not too spicy. The mushrooms were delicious. We also shared the tuna sushimi which was lovely and light. We indulged and ordered the green tea tiramisu. Perfect.I could have ordered anything on the menu. Will always return if on the Gold Coast.

This was our first visit to Etsu, on a packed Saturday night. The food was very good indeed. We shared a variety of dishes and all were lovely, fresh, tasty and generous.Given the crowd I was skeptical that the service would suffer but that was not the case at all. The service efficient, regular and friendly - all night. There is a lot going on here on a busy night which gave the place a big atmosphere.Very enjoyable meal and evening. Thanks Etsu staff.
