Torno in questo ristorante a distanza di un anno e devo dire che purtroppo la qualità è peggiorata.Olive fritte che nel momento dall assaggio erano calde fuori e freddissime dentro, quindi non fritte ma scaldate o non so cosa avete combinato, ne ho provata una e l'ho lasciata nel piatto.Qualità degli ingredienti sulle pizzondelle scarsa.Formaggio fritto che dentro sapeva di stracchino. Solo le tagliate non erano male ma non eccezionali.Nota positiva prezzi molto bassi ma per come sono fatta io preferirei spendere di più e mangiare meglio.Lo consiglio per chi vuol spendere poco e mangiare molto a discapito della qualità .

Arriviamo in vacanza ad Alba Adriatica e dopo aver letto le recensioni decidiamo di cenare qui. Periodo di ferie e per evitare la gran confusione, ci presentiamo allâapertura ( come avevamo prenotato). Non è servito un gran che, in quanto il servizio si è rivelato lento e approssimativo, nonostante ci fossero pochi tavoli. Abbiamo preso ARROSTICINI e TAGLIATA, soprattutto per assaggiare gli arrosticini che mai avevamo mangiato.Brutta esperienza! Proviamo a sfilarli dallo spiedino âaddentandoâ il primo della fila, ma non ci riusciamo ed allora, piano piano ne togliamo uno per volta con il coltello, proviamo a mangiarlo ma è durissimo e non ci riusciamo, quindi, aiutandosi con forchetta e coltello, lo facciamo a piccoli pezzi, ma dopo uno desistiamo. DURISSIMI immasticabili. Quando lo faccio presente alla cassiera, al momento del pagamento, lei balbetta qualcosa e passa oltre.Ci siamo guardati bene da tornare in questo ristorante, ed infatti nelle sere successive abbiamo gustato degli arrosticini ottimiâ¦.. lontano da qui. I went here several times before and I've never been dissappointed. The plates are so tasteful, perfectly delicious, as an obvious mark of the chef's quality work. Of course, I must mention the 'crew', which is a beautiful team in this family business. Totally worth it!

We spent a few times in this restaurant, including light lunch, pasta's, fish (sole), pizza's and the roast beef ("tagliate" for 12 Euro, try it). I am an experienced fan of the Italian kitchen and found that this secret jewel restaurant serves amazing high quality food and can compete with the best in Italy. Which triggered me to write this review. Do your advantage with that! Besides of that, there is very nice and friendly family atmoshere, nice terrace. Tip: don't skip the dessert (Euro 3,- for pannacotta with myrtilles or tiramisu) Tip2: the family also rents out few apartments close to the wonderful beach

We loved once again the food and service ... all pasta with fish or frutti di mare is excellent... one better than the other. The â fritturaâ and huge oysters are superb ... highly recommended! The service is also very good, we will keep going every time we can.

This place is special. Even if probably at lunch it is not at his best I found a wonderful meal. Follow the suggestion of the chef, can't go wrong.Unfortunately I was in the middle of a long trip, and I could not enjoy completely the wine and the meal (that asked for a long lasting stay) but what I had was awesome. "Baccalà " this where this restaurant gives his best. Deep work in the selection of the ingredients, love in the preparation. This is my impression after speaking a little bit with Gianfranco.Hope to have to come back here soon.

Ora si chiama frittella e co ed è sul lungomare,non condivido le valutazioni come eccellente ecc...è un posto dove si mangia una frittella con ripieni a scelta..tutto abbastanza standard,si ordina e si paga in anticipo...orribile!!Birra sarda mediocre qualità o altra birra sempre standard,nulla di che,direi per qualche volta si può fare ma non mi ha entusiasmato!!

I found ristorante Arca listed in the guide book L'Espresso with a very high rating and decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in the center of Alba Adriatica on the main street which ends on the Lungomare and shares a mid block location with an enoteca of the same name. Massimiliano, the chef and his brother run a tight ship with both a seafood and "terra" menu. My 3 friends all tried the seafood and were blown away by the Brodetto and the baccala' while I spoiled myself with a thinly sliced elegant pork dish with "Patanegra" pork from the Jamon Iberico region of Spain. I have never seen this in another restaurant in Italy, although I am sure you might find it in a starred restaurant in Milan, Rome of Florence. The service was impeccable with the chef taking everyone's orders and answering questions or advising you on choices which will delight your palate. His brother is at the ready with a nicely selected wine list with options from around the world, but the majority from the neighboring Abruzzo vineyards. Fresh breads arrive at the table with the amuse bouche and the tranquil, simple, but elegant ambience help make for a wonderful evening!

Siamo frequentatori dei bagni Magnolia Dry da 5 anni....ma mai avevamo mangiato a pranzo prima dâora.Ci siamo voluti concedere una coccola prima di tornare a casa.Abbiamo optato per il menù a â¬18.Ottimo il primo di tagliatelle con il tonno.Altrettanto gustosa la frittura di pesce.Il servizio è buono anche se i sorrisi vengono centellinati.....motivo per cui non mi sento di dare il massimo dei voti.
