Enjoyed chilli mussels,Gnocchi,garlic bread and garden salad on a quiet sunday nightFirst thing you notice when you enter are the daggy clapped out chairs. They are comfy enough, just need a recover.We sat near the long outdated water feature and noticed a mouldy smell. The base was mouldy. Only minor things that are easily fixed.Service was very good. Going back?...Yes, for the food!

A return to this local favourite with a friend and we were welcomed despite the lack of booking on a very busy Saturday night. The service was friendly and our server was friendly and very helpful. The food was again delicious, with ample servings and beautifully presented. It's such a great place and the fact that there were no free tables is testament to their success. Worth the effort. Much gratitude for your lovely post, in hospitality it makes us happy when our customers have a great experience and even more so when we hear about it! Thank you once again.

Post restaurant delivers on all levels. The food was delicious, innovative and well presented. The service was equally excellent with friendly attentive staff. The only negative was there were no tablecloth which in an upmarket restaurant always adds another dimension to the ambience.

Visited last night with friends for a couple of birthday celebrations- had a fantastic night. Food was magnificent- started with tasting plate for the table - 7 of us. - that had a great selection of cheeses, olives. White bait, artichokes, & more. Absolutely delicious Our mains, couple of pasta dishes, Fetticine for a couple, steak, I had meatballs- very generous servings. Restaurant was also celebrating their 1st Birthday- congratulations, we certainly had a great night with great food & company Waitressâ sang Happy Birthday with us - lovely staff

Lambretta is a small easy to find restaurant on the Hampden Road strip. Very welcoming staff provide friendly, efficient service throughout the dining experience. We shared lunch on a cold autumn day and enjoyed tasty, warming pasta dishes and good coffee; it was just what we needed. The menu has plenty of choice and the prices are reasonable. We had visited before and were delighted to see the high standard of hospitality had been maintained.

What a nice location! It was matched only by the food which was really good. I could have done without the waiter constantly reminding me that Iâm a âbig guyâ it was pretty obnoxious, especially as Iâve lost 45kgs and was with an important client who felt really awkward. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience here at Woodpeckers.We are disappointed that you have decided to leave us your complaints here, despite our efforts to accommodate your requests - basically customising a pasta of your own with cream, chilli and seafood, the waitress was also going back from the table to kitchen multiple times to make sure that the chef would be okay to make an exception and cook a dish that was not on the menu, checking with your table a few times throughout the evening and asked if things were enjoyable; yet we did not manage to get any feedback that could help us get things fixed on the spot for you.Cocktails that you've ordered, Tennessee Mule and Sex on the beach, were both made by the bar manager with over 10 years experience with our popular recipe using juices, liquors, vodka, ginger beer. Dinner with friends, we chose the degustation menu. We have been to Prego before and have never been disappointed, and again we loved it. There was nothing in the dishes we sampled that we did not enjoy. My favourite was the mushroom and prawns, followed by the main of lamb. Then again, the tortellini was great, and so was the bruschetta, and the dessert... The service from Anna is excellent, and Joe, owner and chef, pops into the restaurant to say hello. Highly recommended, we will be back.Thank You Sandra for your time to write lovely review. The best part about going back to this restaurant is that you know the standards are still at a very high level.Once again service was great from a variety of staff, the meals were superb - lamb outstanding and pork very good. Starters were good and dessert divine. A great experience, a great restaurant and all the food plus a great bottle of Italian vino for a tick under $160. So they still, after many years - have the balance so right in regards to service, food quality and pricing - which doesn't always happen in Perth.Long may they continue.
