We really enjoyed our meal at Arrivederci. It is what I would call kind of an old-school, classic Italian restaurant which I happen to love. My chicken parm was delicious (although chicken was a smidge tough). Hubby loved his spaghetti with meatballs and our son had the cheese ravioli which he also really enjoyed. All in all, a terrific meal in a nice setting with good service.

âPomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tr
We decided to try this restaurant because it was by our hotel. The menu has a nice variety of appetizers and wine. There are a handful of beers available. We ordered the meatballs to start and we got two large meatballs that were very delicious. They have gluten free pasta in penne and fusilli as well as gluten free pizza crust. Everything we ordered was delicious. There is an adjoining gelateria and the restaurant offers gelato for dessert as well as other Italian desserts.

Our son was in town visiting from Portland OR and we had been walking around Old Town Scottsdale showing him the sights. We decided to try this restaurant for dinner and were not disappointed. My husband had the Lasagne and I had the Pappardelle. Our son is gluten free so he had the Pasta Bolognese. All excellent with large portions.nice atmosphere in comfortable surroundings. Good times!

Seated quickly. Waiter right on top of his game . Ordered Beef Carpaccio. Meat was not bright red & had an "off" taste. Tried Pasta with Bolognese sauce. Pasta quality good--sauce not to my liking. Service kept me from rating poor.

The food here was absolutely amazing, had the best chicken wings I had in my life here, super tasty! The pizza here was also totally to die for, this restaurant needs to be a franchise! Great friendly service also.

Dining under the shady trees on Olive and Ivy's massive patio feels more like Southern France than southern Scottsdale. If you are looking for pomp and circumstance of quiet elegance, try the signature private-dining venue, the Stamp Room. If it's night-l
We stopped for lunch on our walk through Scottsdale. Being from Vancouver, Canada, 'waterfront' has a whole other meaning for us but this was very nice. Glad to see that the city explores ways to optimize the canal and its attraction. The patio is very attractive, under the trees and nice, big umbrellas. the wrought iron chairs are not very comfortable but who cares when the venue is so nice. Lunch was good (the pesto is the best) and the service was good, although a bit snobbish. We would definitely go back.

My wife and I and friends are locals and took the drive from North Scottsdale to have a great Sunday dinner at this lovely local and family owned and authentic Italian restaurant. Excellent service by Nicole. The Chicken Parma comes with a side of pasta or veggies and also a nice starter salad. I liked the Pollo Caprese which also comes with a starter salad and a side of pasta. Both these dishes are priced at about $20.00. How can you beat this value for quality food? We like the homey look of the place and reminds us of Brooklyn New York type of places. The Owner(Leo) came to our table and we had a great conversation. Thanks for visiting our family restaurant..

Authentic Italian Cusine straight from Florence Italy! Franco had been in the valley for almost 30 years, don't miss out! Reservations only!!
Another wonderful experience at Franco's Italian Caffe. With Franco always at the helm and his amazing staff and delicious, authentic Italian food you just can't go wrong. Everything you order is top-notch delicious. We started with an amazing, reasonably priced, intense ruby red wine from Umbria, Lorenzo Mattoni's 2014 Montefalco Sagrantino suggested by Franco. As Franco described it to us Sagrantino is to Umbria as a Brunello is to Tuscany. Very flavorful with hints of berries, sweet spices and tobacco. This wine went so well with our appetizer of prosciutto, roasted red pepper with fresh sardines (not the canned kind) and a creamy imported Italian burrata with tomatoes. We then had the special trio of pastas dish. Each one was so good that they were all our favorite. One was spaghetti with Speak, a smoked prosciutto with cannellini beans and a red sauce, the other two had a white sauce one had black truffles on top; all were so yummy, I would certainly order the trio again. For our entree we shared the lamb osso bucco which comes with risotto, steamed spinach and carrots. We were so full but our bellies were very happy! But no matter how full we were we couldn't leave without having Franco's wonderful dessert, my favorite the Merenghata which is so hard to describe it's like an ice cream cake but note. It is awesome! I've tried it elsewhere but no one makes it as good as Franco. We also brought home a tiramisu because we had to take something home for the next day to remember a marvelous evening at Franco's. Can't wait to go back!

We came here for dinner. We split the Calamari appitizer and the Eggplant Parmigiana. I was dissapointed the the Eggplant main dish did not come with pasta or salad. For $24.00 I felt it should.
