Freunde haben uns vor einiger Zeit das La Stalla in Mahlsdorf empfohlen. Wir haben uns bisher gescheut, den Weg raus nach Mahlsdorf zu machen.Aber,â¦man ist ja in einer 1/4tel Stunde mit der S-Bahn vom Alex aus da.Also, den Weg haben wir nicht bereut.Zum AmbienteDer Umbau des âDorfstallsâ ist sehr schön gelungen. Trotz der GröÃe des Gebäudes kommt kein âHallencharakterâ auf. Die Tische sind um den Bar-/Getränketresen herum aufgestellt. Im 2. Stock kann man gröÃere Firmen- oder Familienfeiern abhalten.Vor dem âStallâ befindet sich der sehr schöne Openairbereich. Hier kann man bei besserem Wetter sehr angenehm sitzen.Zum ServiceDer Service ist schnell und freundlich.Die Kellner haben alle eine âschnelle Gangartâ. Vielleicht war das La Stalla ja mal ein Pferdestall und die Gangart wurde über die Jahrzehnte zwischengespeichert und dann bei Eröffnung virtuell aufs Personal übertragen. Man wird also trotz sehr guter Auslastung schnell und kompetent bedient.Bei unserem Kellner (es war ein Italiener) paarte sich mediterraner Charme mit Berliner Direktheit. Trotzdem kam seine Ansprache freundlich und höflich rüber.Zu den SpeisenAlles was man von Italien her kennt, steht auf der Karte. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Vorspeisenplatte. Die Platte war gut kalkuliert und beherbergte nicht nur gute Antipasti aus der Konserve, sondern auch frisch gemachtes Vitello Tonnato und Carpaccio.Die Pasta und auch das Fleischgericht waren gut abgewürzt und auf den Punkt gegart.Zum Preis<>LeistungsverhältnisMan ist hier preislich im Mittelfeld unterwegs. Die Preise sind aber durch die gute Qualität durchaus angemessen.FazitDas ist ein Italiener bei dem- der Chef noch selber kocht- wenn man öfter herkommt, sicherlich auch âfamiliärâ aufgehoben fühlt- im Sommer dann auch ein schöner Openairbereich genutzt werden kannEinziges kleine, aber zu verzeihendes Manko ist die relativ groÃe Lautstärke. Aber das liegt nicht am Betreiber, sondern an den Gästen. Diese sind, wie auch fast überall anzutreffen, schlecht erzogen und müssen sich am Tisch auf nicht einmal 2 Metern Entfernung âanschreienâ. Zurückhaltung und Understatement sind leider bei vielen Menschen abhanden gekommen, oder waren wohl noch nie vorhanden.Reservierung wird empfohlen.

The best italian restaurant in Berlin! The pizza is perfect. The vegetables were fresh. The crust was thin and well cooked. The tomato sauce was seasoned and delicious. And not to forget, the service was great! I would definitely recommend!

located in the well known shopping street Bölschestrasse in Berlin Friedrichshagen.Here life is a little bit slower than at the Potsdammer Platz and it is a pleasure to sit outside and watch normal people as well as artist and actors who also loves the fresh mediterranean food over here.Prices are fair and the service is very good.

Our local friends recommended this restaurant and we were very pleased with our experience. It was too chilly for outside seating (I would love to do this in the summer) so instead, we got a table near a window where we could look at the water. It was quite relaxing.Service was good and the waiter's wine recommendation was spot on.. My penne arrabbiata was delicious and I enjoyed the grappa that came at the end of the meal.

We dined here again today. We had no reservation, but as always the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got a nice corner table for a quick tasty dinner before our evening program. I had the risotto and my husband had pasta with four cheese sauce. Both were very good.The atmosphere is always nice. The place also has a bar. It is a busy place. A really nice little typically Italian restaurant. Good value for money. Waitress was excellent and the food was very tasty. Word of warning though if you plan on having pizza don't get a starter. It is the biggest pizza I've ever been served and only cost 6.50 ( euros )Couldn't think of a single fault in the place.

Gemütlich eingerichtet empfängt einen das freundliche Personal des Rosaio. Die Speisekarte bietet jedem etwas und ist vielfältig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl das Carpaccio als auch das Rumpsteak waren schmackhaft und von sehr guter Qualität.

Having been here before, we were familiar with the busy and slightly noisy place and didnât mind the vivid atmosphere. While the food was well prepared, delicious and nicely arranged, the service was obviously overwhelmed. Wrong dishes delivered (however replaced without any discussion) and while we were still busy with entrees, they came already with the main course and squeezed the plates on our anyhow crowded, small table. Very unpleasant experience and not at the level we had experienced before.
