Great food and also the lady taking the order was a truly great person.Fantastic risotto with trevisana! Delicious carpaccio and freshest vegetables, nice espresso coffe' , going to pay and what!!! A surprise very cheap! I do suggest this place I can't wait u to go back

This was our third visit to Corte Casella, a rustic farmhouse set in the pastoral heart of quintessential Mantovan countryside near the rivers Mincio and Po.Perfectly located to explore the elegant city of Mantova, it is an ideal base to explore this historic part of Lombardy.Adele, who with her family owns and runs this Agriturismo is extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for her. The candle-lit dinners served around the swimming pool (in fine weather) are a wonderful dining experience. The "tortelli di zucca" made with the farm's own produce are one of Adele's specialities and the "tagliata" of beef is utterly delicious. Not to be missed is the homemade ice-cream using milk produced by the farm's cows and apricots from the orchard. Breakfasts are a feast of hams, cheeses, homemade cakes, pastries and jams.All farm produce is organic.Rooms are comfortable and spacious; white bed linen and towels are changed everyday. They are also air-conditioned, an added comfort during the region's hot summers.The farm is rich in birdlife and bicycles are available and free of charge for guests wishing to discover the many cycling trails in the area which is a designated natural park.Corte Casella is laid back and ideal for unwinding.Recommended for families and travellers looking for an authentic piece of Italy.

I had a working experience on the farm. While working on the farm, I had meals with Lorenzo and his lovely family which were of the best quality and home-grown produce. The farm is run and kept really well by Lorenzo and his family. I'd just like to thank them for having a great experience on a beautiful and well-kept farm, and also a lovely dining experience. Di passaggio ci siamo fermati in questo locale per pranzare. Locale fortemente informale, con qualche area di miglioramento per la pulizia. Il luogo è in un luogo suggestivo, tira i pioppi e in riva al grande fiume a un passo dallâacqua. I will always hang out for eateries that indulge their heritage in cooking. The conversation was local dialect but nevertheless did not detract from the local cuisine. Meats were from cows bred for our table's dishes were excellent as was the pasta. Greenery was sourced from the wild and tasted magnificent.

First time in the area and we were treated to a lovely dinner here. Lovely plates of antipasto followed by white fish which was very tasty and served on a platter with hood sides. A very good meal with friendly service

We searched for a true local restaurant and found a gem! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The carpachio was amazing, the steaks were the best i'v ever eat. Very recommended if you are looking for a good authentic Italian restaurant.

Homemade traditional food , reach in taste and portion, great tigelle and gnocco fritto, excellent primi piatti and a gorgeous rose´wine "della casa". Our waiter was simply great as well as the lady in the Kitchen. Sure worth of a visit in a relaxing country atmosphere

Abbiamo scoperto questo delizioso Agriturismo nascosto nelle campagne di San Brenedetto Po. Non è facilmente raggiungibile senza navigatore ma ne vale assolutamente la pena cercarlo! Il locale è molto accogliente ma a renderlo ancora più caldo è la calorosa accoglienza dei titolari! Il menù è fisso ed è visibile sui social.Piatti veramente gustosi e porzioni molto abbondanti. Cucina curata e ben presentata.Siamo riusciti a fatica a degustare quasi tutto....abbiamo abdicato solo su una porzione di tagliata, tra lâaltro tenerissima. Buonissimo il tiramisù!Complimenti alla famiglia che con tanta passione e cura gestisce egregiamente questo Agriturismo!Prezzi molto onesti!Sicuramente torneremo.....!!!!

On a bike trip we did search for a good lunch place in San Benedetto Po and found a priceless treasure. The location in central, close to the market place, but not on the place so kind of hidden secret. Food was extraordinary good and typical Italian Pasta, Meat and Wine, Dessert - all in one Menu offering for a fixed price two mains, wine, water and cafe for one affordable price. Lots of local couples to visit and enjoy the good food. Service was very helpful and gave us recommendations in a special way, try to speak perfect English. Great place if you want to eat authentic local food for a good price...grazie della visita ..felici abbiate apprezzato la nostra cucina vi aspettiamo nuovamente se avrete occasione di ritornare in italia e nelle nostre zone x farvi assaggiare tutte le nostre novita 'saluti a tutta la famiglia Marte Emilia
