One of the best places to eat in Uzes. The menu is fairly extensive, catering for may different tastes and budgets. Ask to see the blackboard for the meals of the day. The 26 euro menu was excellent value, showing imagination and satisfying the taste buds
The pizzaâs were excellent. Very thin crust. Order pizzaâs that do not have the same ingredients, i.e. one with anchovies, la Mexicane was delish, and Neapolitan! All were superbe for a last minute dinner, or a great treat with le Foot!
Situé juste en face de la visite, ne vous fiez pas à l entrée écoutez le patron et régalez vous des pizzas au pâtes fines et produits fraîs... On recommande vraiment et désolé pas de photos car on a tout mangé

I had the luck of eating at Pizzeria Saladerie de L'Horloge while in St. Quentin la Poterie, France today. Tired and thirsty we sat out on the spacious umbrella covered terrace where Jerome (the proprietor) and his mother served us a delicious half pizza and salad for lunch. The food was fresh and quite tasty. We had the 4 Formages pizza and also one with cheese, bacon, ham and onion - both delicious! Although I ordered the 4 Formages pizza and thought it good, I felt the other was tastier. A large salad, 1/2 pizza and coffee were only 11 Euros. Jerome told us he has only been in business several months and hopes for success. He and his mother were very attentive to our needs. The restaurant and rest room were spotless.

A newcomer in 2019 to the lively village of St. Quentin la Poterie, âLa Petite Tomateâ offers a menu way above the standards of the typical pizzeria. The emphasis is on fresh market products from the local area, and it lives up to its self-description as âA taste of Italy in the Midi.â Forty varieties of pizza (red and white) are offered, all cooked to order by the owners. Excellent â the best pizzas we have ever tasted.

Despite it being about 15 years ago since my last visit here, it stuck in my mind as an excellent pizzeria..........I was certainly not disappointed on my return visit. (Ate here both nights of my stay).Setting is idyllic, tables are outside surrounded by fantastic old buildings and just off the main square.Food excellent and very reasonable for this area.It certainly wonât be as long before I return next time!Booking essential.

Just take care because the lighting inside can be dim and the ceiling is low in places in this very nice, informal and atmospheric restaurant! After recovering from my fall I enjoyed the Octopus salad for starter followed by beef steak....all very tasty, beautifully cooked and with excellent friendly service.Would definitely visit again!

We went for a birthday lunch. The waiting staff a little tardy but the meal was excellent.I had the filet Mignon and husband the osso Boca. Both very nicely cooked and with a great selection of vegetables. My risotto with peas was great along with courgettes. We were both a little outfaced with the quantity but all and all a splendid meal.

La Tomate Bleue was recommended to us and so we were looking forward to a good family evening. The garden setting is a pleasant surprise from the road exterior. The chairs and tables are basic but pleasant enough and fitting of the environment. The food was pretty good and we all enjoyed our meals which ranged from pizza, lasagne and a burger (the burger patty is tiny buy tasty). There are no gluten free pizza options.I would've given a higher rating had it not been for the poor service. We were seated at 19:45 and our food arrived at 21:30. As we were on holiday, we did our best to make the most of being together but really the experience was unacceptable.I'm sure it was a one-off and we were just unlucky on this occasion. No apology was given, which is a shame.

Restaurant Italien, pizzas au feu de bois, bar à mozzarella, situé dans une rue piétonne au centre ville d Uzès.
French pizza has unique toppings and a light and crispy crust that isn't greasy or heavy. Pizza du Duche does it as well as anyplace around. We almost drove to Maussane for Pizza Brun (my definition of the best) but they weren't open. So glad we discovered this place just around the corner from our apartment. Yummy...
