Conoscevo già la meravigliosa pasticceria, per i dolci tradizionali.Poi un pomeriggio sono passato davanti e non avevo mangiato.Ho chiesto uno spuntino salato .Non la solita pizzetta. Un grande spuntino

Family took me here to give me the experience of the massive plates and portion sizes. I shared the fish option with two of my cousins. You can choose which fish you want it comes with various salad, vegetables and a load of chips. Had the calamari all though plenty it was all a bit average. We had no room on the table as the plates are so big, had to put bottles of wine and water on the floor. After I ordered a Cappuccino which was the smallest one I've ever seen served in a plastic cup. Rest of family had a dessert which they all enjoyed. No glasses only plastic cups for the wine and water tradition in sardegna. A bit clicky as you enter the place everyone's looking at the stranger in town. Although average. Prices are good and we had a really good time laughed a lot. Been once that will do for me. You can also order Asino Which is Donkey meat I tried a piece and it was quite nice had sweet flavour. In England they would put you in prison if you killed a Donkey to eat it but it is the norm.

We (2 x couples) were keen to try typical local cuisine in an unpretentious environment. Sa Pramma was superb. Four courses plus house wines and aperitifs all of which was mind blowingly delicious. The antipasti was generous, diverse and delicious including grilled vegetables, salami, stuffed baby peppers, cheese etc. The pasta course was perfectly al dente ravioli in tomato sauce - simple and tasty. We had ordered ahead and they had prepared a roast suckling pig which was melt in the mouth tender with delicious crispy skin. Dessert was a divine lemon and honey tart...not too sweet and not too heavy. We finished with their home made myrtle digestive. We were thoroughly well looked after and can't recommend highly enough. Notes: 1. no English spoken so you will need a little survival Italian to get by2. There is no menu per se...you eat what they prepare (if you can fit it in - we ate about half what they prepared!)3. They prepared all food gluten free and made a separate gf pasta dish for my wife who is celiac4. Book ahead especially if you want the pork

This was recommended and booked for us by Hotel Lucrezia, and is the nearest good restaurant to the hotel in a nearby village. We were met and served by a very friendly man, English menus were provided although it had a very local feel. We enjoyed a starter of roasted cheese (casizolu), pasta courses of ravioli with ricotta and gnocchetti campidanese (sausage), then I had my first (of several during our trip) desserts of seadas - curd cheese fried pastries covered with honey!

La Signora Bianchi is a very hospitable host and an experienced cuoca. The mill was owned by her husband's grandfather and many of the old mechanisms are repurposed into furniture and fittings. The family is restoring the building ( completely unobtrusively to diners) and also offers simple en suite rooms. Two are ready at the moment - one on the ground floor - six planned in total. Although we chose the set menu, one could eat for less : all good! Cheap to mid range eats. Grazie mille! Thanks for your kind words. We hope to see you again if you'll want to come back in Sardinia. Our best regards.

we went two times there, the first was ok, and we were interested in tasting the baby pork, my kids from 9 to 13 yo, were charge 25 euro! the cover was 30 ,and they gave me a "big discount!!!" plus, the kids don't drink wine, they ate the antipasto, usually you get one plate of pork for two, we ated two plates for three....so total 150 euro for my family, the first plate of pork served by the cook himself was mainly the worst parts , a pig leg, plenty of fat....you don't feed a family with fat and skin.....very disappointing, not recommended for tourists. at the end the cook and his family were enjoying the best part of the pig, with a great wine.....we payed for it....La prima volta avete chiesto 2 menu ed un piatto di pasta per i ragazzi.
