We were at this excellent restaurant to celebrate a 60th birthday. We survived the ride through the snow blizzard to the quiet restaurant. Although we are longtime and enthusiastic St. Moritz fans, we had never been to the Saratz. We were warmly welcomed at the recption and taken to the restaurant. The champagne suggestion was delicious, the greet from the kitchen, too. The menu may be considered compact, but the choice is excellent and therefor difficult. Wine suggestions by the maître d' were excellent. The Swiss sauvignon blanc was one of the best ever! Service was friendly, meals were delicious. The friandises with the coffee were presented in a lovely way. La Belle Epoque has certainly deserved its high ranking on our 'All time favorites'. A polite suggestion to the hotel: a screen between the restaurant and staircase will improve the restaurants atmosphere.

Restaurant-Bar with fresh and homemade house specialties such as: cordon-bleu, beef-tartare, gnocchi, pasta and hamburgers.
We were so impressed by this place, would highly recommend it to any visitor to the area. The staff are so engaging, the best so far in our trip Switzerland, happy to bridge the language gap with our English as well as help and encourage our basic Italian. The food was delicious, tempting me to try the dessert - only done so when the main course indicates the dessert will be worth the calories!!The meal started with a complimentary plate of cheese, meat and filled croissants. Nothing too big but what a surprise, and it was delicious to boot!We had the scallops pasta and gnocchi. Both are made in house - not common in Switzerland, or so we have found.Bravo Banfiâs Bar!! We will spread the word....... Bellissimo

The pizzoccheri was delicious and portions were huge. Shared as an appetizer and then had skewers of venison and beef. Avoid the lasagna. Delicious wines by the bottle or glass. Our waiter Sameh was exceptional and made great suggestions. Seating can accommodate larger groups 8-10 plus and quaint Swiss decor. Would definitely return. Enjoy!

Visited the latest edition to the Schrämli group restaurants!Need to make a reservation, the place is small but cozy!Had capuns as starters and after pizzas. All at its best, if you do not want to take car, although huge parking opposite, you can take bus as stop is 50 meters from there ;)

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The staff are attentive and the food really good. Pop this one on your list, especially if youâre staying in St Moritz Bad as it is really convenient.

This restaurant is by far one of the worst we have ever visited. The food might not be bad but the service is beyond worst. If you donât have nerves of steel definitely avoid it. Ps writing from the restaurant still waiting for our main course after 1.5 hours

After a long train journey from Zurich, this place was just the ticket.Sitting outside in the sunshine with a cool beer & a lovely hot pepperoni Pizza- almost in heaven! Our horse & carriage beckoned us so we didn't have time for desert, unfortunately.

Charming dining room, rustic decor, good service, somewhat formal. The menu is Swiss with local choices like capuns, and Italian with various pastas including pizzocheri, a buckwheat pasta that is a staple throughout this part of Switzerland and northern Italy. Good wine list. Prices somewhat expensive.

Nostra Pizziera served tasty wood fired thin crusted pizzas (the 4 cheese pizza is soooo fragrant) and goes well with the spicy olive oil and garlic olive oil supplied at the table. The spaghetti bolognese was light and nice, tasted like it had a hint of white wine. We enjoyed the thick tangy tommato soup as well. Their menu prices were more moderate compared to many other restaurants and we ended up eating there practically every night of our 8N stay in Pontresina. They reserved our favourite table for the first sitting. The next sitting time is 8pm. Reservations are advisable. We enjoyed the welcoming friendly service by Mr. Stanko. The other male staff was serious but efficient. The female staff seemed to be rather unsmiling and surly though. It is a place we recommend for tasty pizzas.

Very friendly and quick service, great cosy armosphere, very royal portions of superb quality food. The salted lardo was heavenly good and my lamb was the best prepared and best tasting lamb I ever had. Eccellente ! Grazie mille! Also a motorcycle-friendly hotel, so thatâs bonuspoints !Will definitely recommend and hopefully return next time!
