Located inside the Dolphin Mall in Doral FL we had a wonderful lunch experience at this Brio. We celebrated my nephew's baptism here and they treat us fantastic in a private room. They offer two dishes; Center-Cut Filet Mignon served with mashed potatoes and Pan Roasted Tilapia served with broccoli, orzo, and feta. I tried both and they were flavorful, but I liked the fish more. The service was phenomenal very attentive and they tried their best to get the 45 of us what we wanted.Thank you Brio!

An enchanting Italian Restaurant with great consistent and good quality food. The Pinecrest location offers a wine bar and an Italian Market. There's room for corporate gatherings and private dinning.
I am writing this review with very mixed feelings. My family and I have dined here on various occasions. The food and service has always been very consistent. Last night we returned for dinner, we were greeted and taken to our table. From this point on it is extremely disappointing, we waited a good while for our server to come to our table and take are drink orders. He then took our food order and never saw him again. I had to ask several staff for water refills, salt and iced tea refill. The food came out and asked for fresh pepper and parmigiana cheese, had to ask two different servers. The food was good but the service throughout was horrible. I canât remember the last time I had such terrible service and no attention to the table. I hope this was an aberration, or else I will not be returning any time soon. Happy Dining

Villagio is another one of those Italian American rest. in Miami that have been open for years, and for good reason, you always can expect consistency in quality and service. Is middle of the road in terms of quality of food and price, so is a good choice.

Our first visit to Osteria Vecchio Piemonte, but not our last. Located in a strip mall where parking was a bit tight, you enter a small restaurant where space is at a premium. We had reservations and were promptly seated at a table for two in the center of the restaurant near the door. The tabletop is somewhat small and we kept moving things around to accommodate the plates. Service was exceptional. However, given the size of the place, it seemed a bit "busy" with all the servers moving around the tables. That having been said, the servers work together to serve, clear tables and provide a wonderful dining experience. We ordered a Malbec and started with the Antipasto Misto - which was large enough to be a meal by itself. This was followed by the delicious sogliola al profumi and risotto frutti de mare. During our visit on a Saturday night, there was not one table open. It seemed everyone that walked in was known to the staff with hardy handshakes and hugs. Reservations are a must! We finished off the evening with a slice of torta de limincello! Delicious. When we left, the wait staff made a point to shake hands and thank us for our visit. A rare and wonderful experience in Miami.

Our server Greg was fantastic, attentive and responsive. We came with a very active 2 year old who was very hungry and he got her milk and our appetizers in what seemed leas than 5 minutes. Had the grilled chicken wings with onions, large meatballs and a 1/2 philly steak 1/2 paulieâs pie pizza. The crust is thin and crispy, focaccia was a hit at our table for all ages. It is a lively and noisy place with tvs all around. I love a good noisy pizzeria with good fresh food.

This place offers average food. Not gourmet dinning experience at all. Sincerely there are much better options in Miami

Tried Caffe Portofino based on several excellent reviews on multiple web sites including Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, our meal was average and a disappointment. The Caesar salads were served with old, yellowing lettuce smothered with dressing. The entrees each had beef but very salty that kept us very thirsty throughout the meal. Really confused as to how this restaurant achieved such favorable ratings. One thing is for sure, however, this will be a one-time visit.

My husband and I used to go to The Big Cheese all the time while studying at UM 10 + years ago. We were just in town last week, and wanted to take our daughters to somewhere we used to go back when we were dating. It was SO good! Our daughters loved the cheese pizza, my husband loved his calzone, and I loved my spaghetti with chicken and mushrooms (The Walter KBC Special I think it was called). I have dreamed about those garlic rolls, and they were just as good as we remembered! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Wonderful personalized service and amazing food. We decided to order "family style", 2 pasta dishes (clam linguine/capellini pomodoro) and 2 meat (skirt steak with mushroom sauce [YUM YUM YUM], chicken milanese) between 3 of us. Huge portions, which arrived piping hot. How often can you say that at a restaurant? I got to take home the leftovers which easily could have fed 2 more people. Just looking over the menu to get the correct spelling of the dishes, I can't wait to go back with a bigger group so that we can order more of the dishes to try - especially the pasta ones.
