We go often for happy hour between 7 and 9 for excellent snacks all included in the price of a cocktail. Beautiful views over the lake and very stylish deck and bar. One is tempted to live there, or at least come every day.

we stopped here on a business trip for lunch as it's just next to the "highway" and has nice views. However the food disappointed in taste, amount and consequently value: our whole grain pasta with mussels was overflowing small pieces of onions and tasted something like nothing (at least not seafood). Small portion though for steep 12â¬Prices are high (for my understanding of Italian ristoranti) even the "only" 1,5⬠coperto tries to make you believe it's a cheaper place. I never tip in Italy (esp. not in expensive places like that) but my fellows wanted to follow the German approach (which is unnecessary)...Won't return - next time I'll check out a pranzo a lavoro place on the route before (you pay 15⬠incl. drinks and full course menu)Sorry disappointed her but maybe she was wrong restaurant, here we do not do tourist menu, our products are top quality and we can not afford to do tourist menus

We enjoyed this restaurant and the quality of the food and product was fabulous. The prices matched the quality of the product but it was lovely. If you are English watch out that you don't get the horse meat on the menu. (Simply not our thing, as we don't eat horses)

We came across this restaurant quite by chance on a cycling holiday. Leaving Pergine Valsugana to cycle along the lakeside, we went past and noticed a busy courtyard with lots of people eating. We took a chance and decided to stop. We did not regret it. The owner / chef was extremely friendly and welcoming. My son had a mixed grill of fish that was outstanding. My wife had a delicious Vitello tonnato. I had some clams and endives that were so good. The bill was a very reasonable +/- â¬65 for 4 of us. This meal was one of the best of a week-long holiday. Don't drive past this gem!

This was truely an excellent Pizza restaurant and I would thoroughly recommend it. The only thing is Trip Advisor does not seem to know where Montagnaga di Pine is. We were apparently the first English people to find and eat in this restaurant and it was a wholly genuine Italian Pizzeria experience. We did not actually eat in the sister restaurant in Baselga di Pine. This was a completely genuine local restaurant with excellent pizza's, very good salads and delicious desserts. The staff were wonderful. The manager/owner spoke reasonable English but the chef came out to talk to us because he spoke good English and was completely delightful. On the occasion that no one had the confidence to speak English they found another customer who did. They were so kind and so nice whilst we were struggling with our phrase book. We so enjoyed our visit here that we went back three times. The food was quick at being delivered to the table and the service excellent. There are also no tourist prices at this restaurant and you very obviously sit with local people, teachers, mechanics, farm workers, shop staff etc enjoying each others company. For a truely authentic experience of Italy this is an excellent place to visit.

My family and I went to this restaurant during Xmas holidays. We didn't know the place beforehand, but we were very surprised and satisfied. It was the first restaurant we found that had handmade pasta. Everything was delicious! Service was very good too.Recommended!

My husband and I stopped for dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria All Corte in the middle of a drive back to our lodgings on Lago di Garda after a day in the mountains. We were immediately seated at a table directly in front of the wood stove, which I greatly appreciated on a very cool evening. We knew, visiting a restaurant in a less-touristed area, that we should not assume English and rather be prepared to handle everything in our very basic Italian (or maybe even German), but the staff seemed unprepared to handle even that. After a couple of very awkward attempts at ordering, we were basically left entirely alone for the rest of our visit. Our meals were fine, on the whole; my husband was mostly satisfied with his sausage and potatoes, but my spaghetti carbonara was over-sauced and mostly tasted of very salty hollandaise. On the other hand, our dessert was truly excellent. Overall, the awkwardness of servers who made no attempt to slow down and bear with our genuine attempts at communication took away from an otherwise decent evening.Dear Bethany,we are sorry your experience at our Restaurant wasn't as good as your expectations.Although you found us by chance, we always want to offer the best experiences to our guests. We also know that language and, more in general, communication with foreigners, is one of our biggest limits. We need to improve it in order to be prepared for situations just like yours.By the way we're happy you appreciated our location but most of all our dishes, which are prepared with all of our chef's care and attention.Related to your carbonara we can affirm that our Guests never complained about it:Like in every kind of dishes we put lots of care also in choosing ingredients. We can't assure it wasn't our fault and, in any case, we want to apologize to you.Weìre glad you really like our desserts and we hope you will give to us another chance to show our potential.Regards,Ristorante Pizzeria alla Corte

A typical Trentino restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff . At lunchtime it was full - and there are several different rooms - but we only had to wait 5 minutes and it was definitely worth it. We had an excellent dish of rabbit with peppers and polenta, the service was really good, there was a choice of desserts and it was not expensive. Highly recommended.

I can confirm this place is outstanding, as I wrote in my first review following a meal three months ago. Entering the castle is a breathtaking experience, for the castle itself and for the views, and the magic continues with the cuisine. Creation after creation, beautiful to look at, tasty to eat and very clean flavoured and light. I loved a cold chicken salad, coming in a deep green soup, slightly bitter and perfectly matched by a sweet burrata icecream. I loved the tortelli filled with sweet "Blu del Monviso" in a ravishing clear tomato sauce. I loved a rabbit, skillfully cooked and thus moist and juicy, with a hint of spice. And I loved both desserts I tried, original, surprising, and balanced. The environment is obviously unique. Service is very very sweet, but maybe they could work more closely with the kitchen and so be able to describe the dishes, succintly but with passion. This cuisine deserves it. Prices are extremly reasonable (currently four courses plus amuse for 42 euros, and you can get either a thematic menu or also choose a la carte). The young couple who are currently running the hospitality in the castle (he is the chef) are doing a great job and I hope they'll succeed!
