A very nice little local dinner spot. The decor nor the food is exciting but portions are generous, well prepared and moderately priced. Have dined here on several occasions and never disappointed. Most dishes are traditionally prepared with exception of the risotto, it is more of just a rice in sauce dish.
Jessup Pizza has been serving delicious, fresh New York Style pizza in the Midvalley area for over 10 years. View our website for daily specials!
I have ordered pizza from almost every place in the Midvalley area and have NEVER encountered a rude owner like this one! I used a coupon to order a regular pizza but when my son brought it home told me the price was $3 more. I called and asked to speak to the owner. What a mistake! He asked why he should believe me that I paid more. I never asked him for my money back, I only asked why the price was more. His response was that he was from NYC and he was used to people lying. I suggested he go back to NYC! The people from the valley are honest people and believe me I had better things to do than to argue with a rude owner for $3. Save your money and go to one of the more reputable pizza places in the valley.

My wife and I recently discovered this wonderful restaurant. Not fancy from the outside, but once you're in, its nothing but authentic italian food, and consistantly terrific service, with a pleasant atmosphere. I could list our meal choices but after 3 visits, we would rather say its all good, and very good at that. We look forward to our return.

The food there is always good, but I would recommend only going in the spring or fall. It's so cold in there that your food is cold before you have a chance to eat it. I'd be surprised if they put heat on in the winter. I'm a local that eats out 5 days a week, and unfortunately I can't patronize there due to the extreme cold. Service is all over the charts, sometimes good, and others you have to beg to get your bill. It's a shame, because the food is always good.

Saturday and Sundays open at 8am for breakfast served until 4pm everyday.
My wife woke up late on Saturday. Not many places serve lunch after 12:00 PM. But Joseph's was serving it until 4:00 this day. The weather was nice so we ate outside in the back. My wife had eggs Benedict which were very tasty. I had a turkey panini which was also very good. Portions are large. Prices are reasonable. Service was friendly. Overall I give them a solid 4.
Three of us here last night and everything was wonderful. We shared the stuffed mushrooms with Marinara and Tre-colore Tortellini with Gorgonzola sauce for our appetizers ; entrees were Sea Bass/Shrimp Alla Nona and Chicken with Amaretto cream sauce. Each was was delicious; the service was excellent and we highly recommend this restaurant!!

Ten of us gathered for a spur of the moment mini family reunion on a Thursday night. The hostess was very welcoming and Tanner the busboy joked with us throughout the meal! From the oil/vinegar dip for the yummy Italian bread and the house dressing on our salads we were off to a good start. I had gnocchi which were actually home made! The sauce is totally awesome and meatballs as big as a plum. The lady to my right had the fried seafood platter and was pleased. My husband loved his rigatoni and also raved about the sauce. We were served promptly and for a large group, the waitress was very attentive. Definitely can't wait to go back! The bill for 10 of us including beer, wine and tip was only $200! We all left stuffed.Hi Angie, Iâm so glad you and your family had such a wonderful time. We strive to provide the best food and service, and it means so much that you took the time to leave a review. Hope to see you soon!

A Little Pizza Heaven provides Italian Food, Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Salads and Catering Packages to the Scranton, PA area.
My family and I were heading through Scranton and were looking for Italian. We came across this restaurant and the food was amazing, the portions were large. The garlicky Zeppole (garlic dough) was to die for. We will definitely eat at this place again while traveling.Jason F.. thank you so much for stopping by on your way through Scranton. The Trip Advisor community has always been very kind to us, which encourages folks like you to stop by. I am happy you enjoyed the food. The garlic zeppole is by far the number 1 appetizer on the menu, I'm glad you liked it. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Darryl

Be forewarned you may have to wait, but well worth it. Stuffed french toast great, pancakes just wow, omelets incredible. My favorite omelet is the Soriano - stuffed with cheese, home fries, and sausage. Did I mention the sausage is made in house, incredible!! sweet or hot I always go with the hot. Toast and more home fries are included. Big cups of coffee, it gets no better for a Sunday morning breakfast. We go at least twice a month, great service. Just love the place. Warning they don't accept credit cards bring cash.
