Small bakery turning out excellent baked goods. A good place to stop for coffee and a treat or to take home goodies for your next at-home gathering
This place is out of this world. The menu is limited but excellent! Anything you order will be fabulous. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a passionate chef equal fantastic food. The shop is small, seating is limited but you will not be disappointed. Or take it to go as they have fresh pasta and sauces in the case. Either way, DPNB is not to be missed if youâre in Nyack.

We were 4 couples for dinner. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. Coming over frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We all had something different for dinner. Everyone was pleased. Two of the couples go here on a regular basis.
This is a wonderful place to go and eat outside or inside. The service was great, including the food at reasonable prices. The visit was based on a private family and friends day on July 26, 2015. Other patrons were also welcome to participate in good music and a great atmosphere. I am definitely visiting again.

BVâs Grill, a modern take on the classic American Grill. Located inside Time Hotel Nyack, 400 High Ave Nyack, NY. Fresh fish served daily, 28-day dry-aged steaks and Colorado Lamb Chops are just a sampling of the offerings. Our wine list is sourced from s
Located in the lobby of the Time Hotel in Nyack, this restaurant attracts more than just hotel guests. The property is very tight and considering the added traffic due to special events, it can be quite difficult to find parking.Atmosphere is nice... a touch of rustic mixed with some modern. Restaurant opens to an outdoor area and also accessible to the pool. This area will not be open if there is a special event.Service and attitude are pretty good. No issues with timing of drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert. Overall, a pleasant experience.Food was good to decent... Steak dish was nicely prepared with tasty mashed. Scallop dish was well presented, but a bit too salty and chewy. Salmon was well prepared and a bit on the crispy side, but not too dry. Spinach artichoke ravioli was very good, but a bit too oily. For sure, save room for dessert. In particular, must try the Bonafee. OMG... Bananas, caramel inside a crumbly graham pie crust and topped with whipped cream. Holy cow... order two!

I thought I knew this place very well, it's our local favorite.I love their eggplant parmigiana and fried calamari. But yesterday I had the rib-eye steak jr. This junior was a foot of the very best, juiciest steak I have ever had. The seasoning was just right, flavorful but not overwhelming the lush perfectly cooked medium steak.

Stopped in last week for a quick super after 7:30p on a weeknite and found a diamond in the ruff. The food was excellently prepared by caring owners and delicious to boot. The owner introduced herself to us and welcomed us as if we were part of her family. It may be in a strip mall off route 59 but there's a world of great food ready to welcome you in.

While a day trip to Nyack, New York will have visitors walking up and down quaint streets window shopping, the best surprise in Nyack is Tarantella's. A small pizza place on a corner of Main Street, Nyack, makes the best pizza in Rockland County. I don't need to write any more. The slices are ample in size, if they have chicken or bacon or any other topping, the slices have tons of the toppings on them - they do not put the toppings on sparingly. The taste - out of this world. their sandwiches and dishes are equally ample and tasteful. You will thank me after you visit there.

You can almost hear the crust "crunch" when you fold it.....about as good a pizza as you can find. Eat in or take out.....full pies or buy a slice........

Velo, which means bicycle in French, showcases Anthony's love of cooking and his love of cycling, which is reflected in the decor. Velo, a mixed cuisine restaurant, located just off the main strip of downtown Nyack, offers a provocative menu. Serving exce
We had a very good dinner here. I love that the risotto had two different sizes - large and small. Perfect size and really good. The watermelon salad with olives, mint, and cheese was awesome. I couldn't get enough! The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff attentive and polite. Plus, being in town allowed you to take a walk on Main street afterwards. Perfecto!
