This trendy, ie. noisy, tables close together.. restaurant scores FAR below average. Second time, same experience. Music VERY loud as you have to listen closely, speak loudly and have to compete with the next table over!. Overall the food is ok, but Cold!!! Brought our dishes home (Brazed Short Rib Ravioli and Chicken dish) brought remainder home and will try to microwave (hopefully its safe). Service once the dishes are served in nonexistent as far as trying to reheat the food. Not be a third time as the cost to pleasure equation is way out of balance. This location will eventually be another closed Naperville location.

Ordered chicken piccata. Not impressed. Itâs our friendâs fave Italian restaurant. Salad with my entree just ok. Dressing are homemade and delicious. We were there Thursday night and half price glass of wine night. Woohoo! We enjoyed that! Orders two desserts - chocolate mousse and tiramisu. Delicious.

Italian Family Restaurant, Lounge, and Pizzeria
Ok, so here is the bottom. Broad menu selection including pizza. The meat ravioli, lasagna and thin crust pizza were all very good. Nice selection of wine including by the glass. Friendly and attentive service. Can accommodate larger groups. Very reasonable prices.

Ok, so here is the bottom line. Very nice broad menu of starters, entrees and desserts. Minestrone soup, Caesar and wedge starters were very good. Rigatoni alla Toscana, grilled pork chop, steak pommels frites, lasagna, chicken parmigiana, ravioli Quattro formaggi and rigatoni alla bolognese were all very good and of nice portion size. Our server, Megan, was friendly, professional and attentive. Very kid friendly. You can bring your own wine for a $15 corkage fee. Reservations are a good idea on weekends.

This family owned restaurant is much more than a strip mall pizza shop. Lengthy menu of homemade Italian food to die for. Like being in Little Italy New York where everyone knows you. Especially accomodating to a large surprise family birthday dinner. We ate and ate....garlic knots, pizza, lasagna, chicken Parmesan, and even wings for the picky!! Their red sauce is amazing and they bring gravy bowls if sauce with a massive calzone that the entire restaurant swooned over. Canât wait to go back.

I thought I would try to pizza restaurant since it was very near my hotel. The staff were all friendly and the place was very clean, but the pizza was just average to me. I had a basic "everything" pizza. Perhaps I just caught them early in the evening.

Famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza right in your neighborhood. Visit us for a family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food or order your meal online for pickup or delivery.
Seven of us visited after a high school graduation. Large thick crust pepperoni and spinach and a large hand tossed pepperoni and black olives. Wonderful. Perfect with good cod beer! Wait staff was prompt and proficient. Will return next visit to town.

Traveling on business with a "table for one" I sometimes choose to eat in the bar. There was one couple in the bar and three staff yet I waited over 5 minutes to get a menu. Was not asked if I wanted anything to drink. Waited another goodly amount of time before someone came to take my order. Ordered the Tomato Caprese appetizer and Rigatoni Arrabbiata. What was presented was the Grilled Chicken Caprese Salad and Our Famous Rigatoni "D". Higher priced options and way too much food. Next time will sit in the resturant.

Maybe I expected too much. I've been to many of the other Francesca locations and always loved them. This one, on paper, looks great. Cool architecture and nice inside space. However things started off poor with perhaps the worst cocktail I've ever been served (An old fashioned) and the service was slightly pushy. Food was good but I had to notice there was only one red meat item on the menu. Most was fish or chicken, with a few pasta options. Just not what I was expecting. Food was good (I had the chicken) but overall just an average experience.
