Amazing building. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms matching the theme. Food at the wedding was out of this world! Well done to the chef and team!

This is one of the best place to try fish based italian food in the south of Italy. The place could look like a normal road restaurant from outside, even if his dimensions are quite big, inside is a very nice and comfortable restaurant with more than two different lounge for different occasions. If you are a raw fish lover this is the best place. If they have it they will serve it the best quality, still alive sea food fish and shellfish, if is not available, they will honestly tell you that is not available. They won't give you anything unsafe! About the rest is just special. You can choose from local specialty italian food, meet based to the best italian fish based food. The personnel is very gentle and prepared, they will suggest you the best drink for every choice you make. At the end of story, if I want to eat the best italian food/pasta fish based, or raw fish, this is the place I go! Guarantee.

Smart and tidy restaurant with a good reputation. Easy to park nearby; in fact we were early enough to get right outside the front door. English not really spoken here although our host was very patient and most solicitous. We shared a selection of cheeses to start, which he prepared himself from a range on on display below the bar. A good spectrum from hard to soft to creamy, but not too intrusive to spoil anything later.Plenty of meat courses for mains, so we went for the beef fillet. Our host was most anxious that Mrs EPR should have hers cooked exactly right, hence a rather odd, yet dignified, debate about blood! However, needn't have worried. Cue two perfectly cooked and chunky slabs of fillet steak in a deliciously tasty balsamic sauce with a heap of crispy hand-cooked chips on the side. Perfect. We thought that was good, but it was almost eclipsed by an exquisite dessert; a creamy semi -freddo with amaretto. Beautifully presented and amply sized. As the meat seemed to be priced by weight (I think) I was rather curious about how the bill would pan out. In fact, it was far more reasonable than I had expected so a good evening was had by all!Highly recommended.

Visiting friends who took me there two nights in a row. Both nights were perfect and ever so different. The first night we enjoyed lovely pizzas and local wines. My "smoked" pizza was absolutely delicious, as was the wine. On our second visit, my friends had arranged for us to be served a wide array of "antipasti". Everything was delicious... one dish after the next. The staff was very friendly, attentive and kind. I would love to go back...

I was there with a colleague, the one who introduce me to this restaurant, a really good choice. The only bad aspect was that we were a little late in the night and we had to eat a little bit quickly. We have been the last to leave the place, but the cooking was great, tasty and I can suggest this place to everyone.

A place with enchanted walls of the old town! Braceria dal Centurione the best meat of Murgia Tarantina.
We had arrived at Bari airport in the evening and discovered that the restaurant where we had reserved a table was closed. It was a rainy night so we went to the first place we could find. It was after 10 p.m. and the other diners were all finishing, but we were welcomed with a smile by the owner's son. We ordered the antipasti and two main dishes which were all very tasty, home made and with fresh ingredients. At no time did we feel that we were being rushed to leave. This is not a luxury restaurant, but for good food at very reasonable prices it is well woth a visit.

Via trip advisor found this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by the very good fish. But our companions had both a steak which was also really good. The English speaking lady was very helpful to translate the fully Italian menu. Greetings from Holland!!!
