A few co-workers decided to order out lunch last week. Arthur Avenues was the pick. I have had mixed experiences with their food so I was hesitant. Some said, "Try a salad they're usually good". I decided on the mango avocado salad and added shrimp for $5additional. Total $15. Salad arrived and it was not very good. I won't order again. Mango was sparse, avocado was over ripe, 5 shrimp, salad was small. I just did not feel this was worth the price, and tasted like it was made ahead , with shrimp added when the order was placed. I think I'll pass next time.

Crust was wondrously thin with a nice char, sausage topping very good, small antipasta salad delicious, too. Luscious slices of herbed focaccia-type bread came with antipasta. Plenty of antipasta for two to share even in the small one! Service at lunch on a Monday was superb. Delightful Italian atmosphere with fun movie posters on the walls and appropriate music in the background. We'll be back!

This is Olive Garden. A chain of restaurants so this is not fine dining. This is family restaurant which is very good. I highly recommend the ravioli with portobello mushrooms and the Herb grilled salmon. The tortellini Alfredo with chicken was also very good. We came on a Saturday night so was very crowded. I would highly recommend going during the week where it is a little less busy. Our server was good but also he had many tables to wait on so you have to be considerate of how hard they work.

Went with another couple - 4 of us shared the fried calamari. It was both plentiful and delicious. A spiced marinara accompanied the calamari. There were also fried hot peppers mixed in. The menu isn't extensive, but the food is fresh and good. Two of us has cutlets with arugula and cherry tomatoes. One had cutlets with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, and one of us had cavatelli pasta in a cream sauce with chicken. All the dishes were enough to take some home. The bar was packed and the service was good. Recommend this place for drinks and or dinner

Just order the chicken soup, you'll love it. This is a nice little hole in the wall Italian restaurant. Great antipasto, pizza, sandwich, I guess just about everything. It's clean, nicely decorated, the staff is friendly and attentive. What more can you ask for.

While shopping in the area, a good stop if your hungry is this place. The Pizza is very good, a lot of choices. Service is quick and good. Restaurant is nice to sit down in and enjoy your meal, very clean. It's not uncomfortable to sit and eat solo, as I have also been here with couples and children.

We stopped in Colandrea's for lunch. We had slices of regular and white pie. The venus is clean and the service was quick. The food was excellent and the pizza was crispy. True NY pizza. Colandrea's has been around a long time a is a solid food choice.

My friend and I have been here many times with both family and coworkers (from Catholic Charities). While food was fine we were SHOCKED that they overcharged for a drink after quoting a price to our waiter. He told us $5.50 and then asked âon the rocks?â She said âWhy notâ. The bill came and it was $9.00! He tried 3x to have Maria honor the quoted price but she wouldnât budge! Apparently adding ice, also makes them add more alcohol which we we not told. Unbelievable! A great night ruined by a nasty cheap manager. We will never ever return and will continue to tell everyone about this stupidity.

Absolutely the best Italian restaurant we have ever been too!!! The soups were great!! I had the eggplant Parmesan and my husband and son had chicken Parmesan . All were so wonderful. The sauce was delicious!!! Very warm family friendly. The owner Donna greets all the patrons! Great to hear the family history. Donna was our waitress and she was great. Highly recommend this restaurant to anybody traveling to Middletown New York!! Five stars!!!!

My family had the pleasure of holding a rehearsal dinner for my son last Friday, August 2. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Kate was wonderful to work with, and our servers Jacob, Honor, and Marina were so welcoming. We stayed fairly late, and they never stopped taking care of our guests. Oh, and the food was delicious. Best eggplant parmesan I've ever eaten. I live in Maryland, but this will be my choice of restaurant when I go to visit again. Lovely atmosphere as well. Thank you!
