Stopped for a coffee and enjoyed being outside so stayed for lunch and a beer. I decided to have a bruschetta and I could not finish it and is enough for 2. Outside closed for winter but plenty space inside. Open for all meals every day

Had lunch with sme business colleagues here recently. Ambience was lovely (half in, half out works very well), service was attentive and friendly. Food arrived promply and all together and I have never seen a 1 portion pizza that big ever - nice and thin and great flavour!! Just about managed to finish it! Decent value at Eur 20/head incl. drink and coffee.Dear Peter,thank you for such a nice feedback after you´ve visited our Restaurant with your colleagues. Ambiente ist jetzt nicht wirklich zum wohlfühlen, 80er mäÃig und bedürfte eine Ãberholung.Personal ganz freundlich aber etwas zurückhaltend. Das Essen war ok aber nicht umwerfend könnte etwas ansehnlicher angerichtet werden, z.B. die Lasagne in einer kleinen Auflaufform und nicht einfach auf einen Teller geklatscht (siehe Bild).Für mich kein zweiter Besuch wert.

Toni ist noch einer der echten Italiener von nebenan. Keine groÃe Küche, aber mit guten Produkten ehrliche Gerichte herstellen. Nachfragen was nicht auf der Karte steht lohnt sich immer . Die Lasagne ist für mich die Weltbeste!

Whenever I am in the NRW area, I try to pass this family run italian restaurant run by real calabrese italians. The pizza is phenomenal, which is quite rare in Germany. The atmosphere is friendly and whenever I visit, I feel at home.

Die Speisen sind schmackhaft und gut. Ist aber nichts herausragendes gegenüber anderen italienischen Lokalen und dafür sind die Preise zu hoch. Und die angeblichen 30-cm-Pizzen müsste man mal nachmessen, aber wer schleppt schon einen Zollstock mit sich rum. Geschätzt höchstens 25 cm.

Although we did not have a booking on a saturday night, we were accomodated and had a nice meal. Nice atmosphere with large black and white photos on the walls.There is an upstairs area which is also nice.Nice salads which show that you can have nice addtions to a normal green salad and godd pizzas are the basics. There is a fish platter available for around 18 euros which is a great choice, if you like fish.Prices for pizzas below ten euro, the espresso over 2 euro is a bit expensive...Otherwise we were happy and you can just park outside next to the marl theatre where places are reserved for restaurant visitors.Thank tou
