took son and daughter-in-law there for birthday dinner on a Wednesday night. Service was wonderful. The waitress was very pleasant and didn't rush us. Food was another story. Grilled salmon was dry and very over cooked. tortelinni was just ok and not much flavor. Steak was average at best. the salad was the best thing and only above average. Atmosphere was clean although the place was dated. Won't return

Visited with two other couples based on a recommendation, and we were not disappointed. We have frequented other nearby restaurants on numerous occasions and never knew of this place. Itâs located in a strip of shops and the developer clearly underestimated the popularity of multiple eating establishments making parking a challenge. Once inside we were delighted with the atmosphere. Wide open space with great natural lighting and very conducive for table conversation (the bar area may be different). We were seated in a large booth which was perfect for a party of six. Very nice wine selections by the bottle and glass with a wide range of varietals and moderate pricing. Started with warm freshly baked bread, followed by a tasty Caesar salad (included w/ entree). My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Cannelloni Al Forno ($17) generously portioned and prepared in an exceptional tomato cream sauce. My selection was the Beef Tenderloin Modega ($19) topped with mozzarella, mushrooms and prosciutto in a garlic lemon sauce and complimented with asparagus and a wonderful sun-dried tomato polenta - Italian corn meal made with soup stock (Yes, I had to look it up). Finished off by sharing their tiramisu (huge portion so donât order two). Will be back to sample more of the menu. Great all around dining experience.

Have been to this restaurant several times and it never ceases to amaze me in the quality, the portion size, the price and the service. Their pasta's are prepared fresh and don't wait sitting to be plated and served. They come out steaming and stay steaming. Their eggplant Parmesan is superb as is everything they have on the menu and over the years, I've had most of them, including the pasta with chicken livers, pasta con broccoli, bolognese, meatballs and spaghetti and so many more. Definitely worth going.

We have been to Bravo at West County Center many times over the years and always find it enjoyable. The atmosphere is very Roman Classical with tall white columns holding cross beams in the dining area. Sculpted reliefs hang on nearby walls. The interior has the look and feel of a restaurant attached to a European art museum. For dinner, we had the Shrimp Fra Divolo and Grilled Salmon which were both very delicious. The servers are always very professional and friendly. The children's menu is also a great value as the prices are reasonable and the portions are very generous. We always see many family gatherings at Bravo as it is a fun and great place to go for an evening out. After dinner, we walk around the shopping mall to look at the latest fashions.

The food was adequate but the service was DEPLORABLE. I've never been to a restaurant where old school racism and classism was so apparent. Not having experienced anything like this in 30+ years, I had apparently erroneously believed that St. Louis had become more progressive than this. But the treatment received at John Mineos clearly suggests otherwise. Not only was the behavior of the manager on duty bad, but in providing feedback to the owner's son, John Jr., it was clear that the manager's behavior was condoned. This is my first online review, but felt this was particularly warranted. It is places like this that give St. Louis a bad reputation. I will never patronize this establishment again. Very disappointing.

We have been here 3 times, 2 times as a couple sitting at the bar and eating dinner and one as a large family group for a special occasion. We love the food here but the service is so wonderful, old school bartenders and waiters that are lifelong professionals but very personable and fun. We love the Aracini which is offered nightly and we love all of the pastas. My son had a Filet that he said melted in his mouth and the best he ever had. I usually do a light or white sauce pasta but last night has the meatballs and they were so good. We will keep returning here for casual date nights at the bar and for family celebrations. Just the best in food and service.
