We stopped here for a refreshing afternoon drink and had a pleasant experience watching the world go by and relaxing after a relatively long journey.Canât comment on the food but the location is great, the drinks reasonably priced and the ambiance great.Would stop again if passing.

I have eaten lunch at Ponte Loco four or five times and once for dinner. It bills itself as a Spanish/Italian tapas place. At lunch time, it has always been almost completely full if not totally full, with a lively crowd of locals, while the one time I went for dinner it was almost deserted. The servers are all very friendly and efficient. I have tried their pizza and some of their daily specials, which tend to be pasta, and a few of their tapas. Everything has been fresh, hot and tasty. Their salads also look fantastic. They have a great selection of Spanish wines, and an ok choice of Italian wines, with several choices by the glass. Everything is reasonably priced and good value for money. The toilets are clean too. Really, I can't think of anything bad to say about it, except that it can be tricky to find parking right by and it's not really within walking distance of the centre. Also, the time I went for dinner, it was a Wednesday night, which probably explained why the place was pretty empty, but I still enjoyed my evening there. As an expat who gets tired of the predominantly classic French offerings in this region, it's refreshing to have access to quality Spanish and Italian cold cuts and tapas, as well as a nice break from French wine...

The restaurant we had planned to attend was closed and we came across this restaurant as we wandered about Macon. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious (exceptional mouth watering salad starters) they were happy to let us bring in our dog and the locals were lovely and welcoming. It was all at a great price too.

The menu is good, has good variety. The service was ok, the food came quickly and the quality was excellent. Portions are big. It is open until late, very convenient considering that most of the restaurant close the kitchen early. Good price.

Part of Pizza Del Arte chain, this particular place is next to a Multiplex cinema and only a 20-minute drive from some of the Beaujolais sites (in case you are visiting the region). The service is sharp and very rapid, the staff is courteous. Pizzas are very decent for the price, and the beef carpaccios are to be tasted. This is a great location if you are not prepared to cash out 40 euros per person in a traditional cuisine place in the country: here your bill will run to 15-17 euro per person. You will also find a French selection on the menu, with some decent wines, not just the pastas and pizzas typical for this Italian-food chain. Don't forget to leave a tip, these girls work hard!

Wonderful food , not mainsteam italian by any means , but good portions and delicious! Service excellent , maybe one slight gripe may be the place felt a little "barny" - ie not cozy , but did,'t detract from a great meal....

We came across this little haven by accident. Nice outside eating area screened off from passers by. Everything is prepared fresh and worth the wait. I ordered a pizza, it was the best ever pizza I have eaten, nice and thin and crispy full of flavour too. The salads are very good too. Staff were friendly. The only down side was the price of their t shirts, 15.00 euros each I thought was far too much for a t.shirt, admittedly they unquiet but very over priced.

A great little find that was empty at 7pm as we walked in but by 8.30 was full with locals.Pizza was fantastic for both of us and wine great value too. A great value night when we were trying to have a relatively cheap evening with some fancier restaurants to come
