I have eaten at several Olive Garden restaurants and have, for the most part, enjoyed the experience. This particular OG has excellent service and the quality is a little above the standard offering. I really like their lasagna and fettucine Alfredo - regular, chicken and shrimp. The portions are ample and the unlimited salad is a plus. Be forewarned, the salad is not unlimited or free if you have anything less than a full entrée. It might be stated somewhere but we didn't see it. Still, the food was good and the atmosphere cordial and very clean. Our particular server was really welcoming and her smile was infectious.

Received a BOGO offer and had eaten here before so we thought weâd take advantage of the offer. It was a Saturday night around 5:15pm. When we arrived there was about 5 tables filled and about four empty but not yet cleared. That should have been my first clue. The hostess was going to seat us at one table and server said âNo, Iâm saving that for someoneâ. Okay, didnât see a reserved sign. Clue #2. Was seated and they took our order. Server was very informative. I asked her to change the TV to the baseball game. Things went downhill from there. Our server greeted a guy at the door, hugged him, and proceeded to sit at a table with him for the entire time we waited for our pizza. A different server gave me a refill on my water. I asked again to switch the TV. With only now 4 tables filled in the restaurant, it was easy to see no one was watching the Georgia Bulldogs getting thrashed. Iâd estimate it took 30 minutes to get our pizzas, served by yet a different server. With that few tables filled, and as thin as these pizza are, it took way too long. And all the time our original server sat at the table with some guy. Listened to servers have a meltdown because there was no silverware available. Really? With only 5 tables filled since we arrived, whoâs doing dishes? The pizzas were good, but not great. Thin, soggy crust with crisp edges. Finished our pizzas and yep, still havenât changed the TV channel. Finally our original server brought our check. BTW, the table that we were turned away from 45 minutes prior.....was still waiting for those âspecial customersâ.It as apparent that that attitude there with some of the servers were not in the best interest of the customers. There are much better choice choices in NWA for pizza....and they appreciate your business. We are very sorry that you experienced this . Not sure what happened if you came in from the patio door. Either way we definitely want to make sure you experience is a positive one. We look forward to making things right if you decide to give us another try.

My best friend and her 2 kids were looking for some high quality pizza. There were several chain choices near our hotel however, the regular delivery options seemed dismal. So we used the reviews on trip advisor and found MJ Pizzeria. It's a small restaurant in a strip mall type setting. The exterior is not much to look at but the inside was reminiscent of a local sports bar or pub. They seated us promptly and our drinks were brought quickly. I noted the large craft beer selection but we did not try them on this visit. We ordered two large pies. The wait for them to come out was about 30 minutes but it definitely worth the wait. We noted they have 1 brick oven to cook the pizza so 30 minutes seemed perfect. Our pizza were cooked to perfection. The sauce, toppings, crust, and cheeses were flavorful and definitely to our liking. My friend ordered some ranch dressing on the side for her crust dipping and she said it definitely tasted freshly made. I will definitely return to MJ Pizzeria on my next visit to the area.

We decided to give Capriccio a try and it was worth while.Classic Italian restaurant Not sure why but this area of Pinnacle has not been kind to restaurants but this time Capriccio will make it. We started with the Arugula salad which was very fresh and tossed with lemon olive oil was very tasty. I had the Linguini Pescatore ( Pasta with shell fish, and lobster tail) in a tomato sauce) . It was very good and there was plenty of shell fish and the lobster tail was the icing on the cake. Shana had the Gamberoni Shrimp ( Shrimp sautéed with garlic, onions, capers, white wine lemon butter served over capellini) and enjoyed it. Plenty of shrimp. Service was excellence. We will be back

Just a heads up for those with dietary restrictions, Carrabba's now provides gluten free menu items including PASTA! So nice to be able to go to an Italian Restaurant if you are gluten free and actually get a meal! Yay! Always love Carrabbas and food always excellent as well as service. Beware, though, the bread is not gluten free - just tell your server not to bring it. You will easily be able to find something on the menu that lines up with any dietary restriction. Wonderful place! Prices vary with menu items. Wonderful location near Pinnacle Hills shopping area and across the street from the Embassy Suites in the shopping center. Bocca Italian eatery & pizzeria offers fresh ingredients and house-made pastas, sauces, breads, mozzarella, and wood-fired pizzas. Serving lunch starting at 11 a.m. and switching to the dinner starting at 4 p.m., nightly. Also enjoy our wine, beer, local
Our server was Jerad, and he was excellent. Very attentive but did not hover. The food was wonderful. My husband had the beef and pork ragout, and I had the pesto over pasta. Both were excellent. I substituted fettuccine for spaghetti which may have been a mistake as the fettuccine noodles were on the hearty side. I prefer a lighter noodle; however, the pesto was wonderful and fresh tasting. For dessert I indulged in the tiramisu. It was simply the best I have ever had period! The sous chef knows his stuff.

We are an Italian restaurant that serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. We also have an Italian grocery store.
Our first time here after many recommendations by friends. We were greeted and seated by Jaeden, very friendly and professional. Our very excellent server was Lauren. Our food was delicious, one of us had grand Hotel pasta and the other had a cup of tomato basil soup and for the entrée, skinny Penny zucchini. Both were delicious. The bread served before the meal was also excellent. We already have made our reservations for next Saturdayâs brunch which we hear is delicious. We do recommend this restaurant. Very clean the people were friendly and the food was delicious.

Coming to visit Crystal Bridges museum, our hotel associate recommended Napoli's to us. In a strip mall, kind of unassuming location, it inside is very attractive and comfortable. Drink and food orders were taken promptly. Began with excellent bread and Italian sausage appetizer. Dinner entrees come with salad or soup. Wife enjoyed salad and my pasta ravioli soup was fantastic. Wife thoroughly enjoyed shrimp scampi appetizer as dinner, and I thoroughly ennoyed linguini with white clam sauce. If you happen to be in Rogers, visit this establishment.

First time being in Gusanoâs in Rogers and perhaps my last. Was there at 5:30 on a Saturday. Immediate seating and was not busy at all. Ordered drinks, appetizer, and entreeâs. Everybody at the table was halfway done with their non alcoholic drink by the time we caught the waitress and inquired about the draft beer that one person ordered. It showed up a few minutes later. Appetizer (pizza dip) arrives which keeps kids happy for the wait on the pizza (which we know takes some time). Pizzas arrive and I was told it would be another 5 minutes for my entree (wings) to arrive. They are listed as an appetizer, how could they take longer than the pizza? After the wings arrived, waitress never followed up. We had to flag her down just to get a check....

Looks like a pretty typical chain restaurant-not necessarily a bad thing! Excellent beer selection including some local offerings. I had the Tuscan chicken pizza-it comes with a lemon garlic sauce that took a little getting used to, but overall was very good. Not a place for gourmet pizza, but looks to be a good place to meet friends for a fun evening.
