Great place, great food and great service....and it's a local place! When my family wants pizza we got to Pinos. It's also got a great atmosphere and good friendly service. We've had the ravioli, spaghetti which are also delish! Last but not least they deliver. When we moved into the area we found them online. Needless to say we were hooked. The meatball and Italian sandwiches were awesome.

We have visited Joe's for dinner several times. Always excellent service, food and atmosphere. We have had everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. We often go early put our name on the list for a table and then have a glass of wine at the bar. The bartender Andrea is very personable and we always enjoy talking with her. Jules is an excellent waitress, always getting the orders correct and served while piping hot. Thank you Joe and Christina for providing the good food, good wine, good friends and family atmosphere we remember.

My wife and I order pizza from here two or three times a month for the last couple years. This evenings delivered pizza had a hair on the first piece of pizza my wife served. I called the restaurant and explained this to the lady who answered the phone. She replied by saying "let me get you the manager" A few minutes later someone picks up the phone and says "how can I help you" He had no idea of the situation nor bothered to even provide his name. I wasn't looking for a "free" pizza, just to make matters right. Instead I got a half hearted apology and assurance that this wouldn't happen again.So why would I pick up the phone and order from you in the future?

Tonight on this blustery, cold night I decided to treat myself to some comfort food lasagna was on my mind before I sat down at the table. I ordered a salad, good average salad and a bowl of minestrone, below average. The lasagna was decent , but my server and the staff were so unprofessional I felt like I was on the verge of leaving while my server and another girl were eating at a table neat me, and my server said her plate was too full and was going to " barf " if she ate all on her plate.The salt and pepper shakers were dirty,, my server after eating offered to put my leftover in a box without a hand wash. Very disappointed you'll notice the restaurant is not too busy in pics,, I see why after dining in

I have had great food, service and ambiance at Ciao Bella, but my dinner tonight was way off the mark. I have had the pappardelle with scallops on more than one occasion, and once remarked that it was as good or better than food I had in a recent trip to Sicily. However, this dish missed the mark. It was tasty but to have three dime-sized scallops on a plate that cost $23 is an insult to the diner. I told the server and declined to have a manager stop by the table, which, in retrospect, was a mistake. The server told me that the chefs agreed and that it won't happen to the next people who order this. The manager should have stopped by even when not requested; or, perhaps, the owner, who was in the house. There is another Italian restaurant in town, quite popular really, that would have most likely "comped" the entire table. I wasn't seeking that ⦠this is just a fair warning.

We had the mushroom and spinach pizza, which was more than enough for two people to share. We also ordered the grilled octopus appetizer which was perfectly done. Even though the restaurant was crowded, service was prompt and friendly, the only exception being the fact that the appetizer arrived just AFTER the pizza.

This place is amazing and has amazing people working here. The food is outstanding and the service even more so. We saw the staff find a pillow for an elderly woman so she could sit higher at the table and they did it with such dignity for her.The piano player and bass player were great to listen to. For food I had the shrimp de jonge, Yum!This was the only glitch: my husband wanted Prime Rib but they were already sold out on Sat.eve. but management apologized and offered the next best steak and comped the cost difference. Wow! This place is beautiful and clean. [The only little wear and tear was on the fabric on the semi circle seats.]Cost for dinner and drinks came to 68.00. [excl.tip]
