Went there for a business lunch. Fairly large menu with lots of pasta and pizza offerings. Ended up getting a salad with chicken and thought it was very good. Lightly but flavorful dressed fresh greens with cakes, tomato wedges and egg. Was a little disappointed in the chicken - rather than grilled strips it was fried nuggets. Better than McDonalds but a little too heavy to pair with the salad.

Family-run, Sicilian-Italian food: salads, pizzas, pastas, entres, desserts. Superb!
I brought visiting family to La Dolce Vita and had a wonderful meal. Love the family that runs the business. "Mom" makes me a "special pasta" that is not on the menu, simple, but so delicious. It is full of fresh vegetables, delicious noodles, and shrimp. The house red wine is fantastic!

We took a second trip to Holzofenpizzeria Venezia in Kindsbach. The restaurant is deceptively large - there are three dining areas inside and a patio outside (for when the weather is better). The dining rooms are clean and the tablecloths are white linen. The pizza oven is in the back room and kids tend to swing by and watch the cooking. The menu is broad (and translated into English) and there are a number of daily specials. They offer up warm bread (flat bread from pizza dough) right away and I tried the Pinot Grigio, which comes in a quarter liter carafe. The white wine was served at a correct temperature - very good. We also shared the Pecorino al forno (sheepâs cheese baked with peppers and tomato) that was excellent. At the table, we had the pizza (fairly good, if not overly oily); the shrimp penne special (fairly good) and the baked lasagna. Service was friendly and Germany-slow. For a dinner for 3, we paid just over 50Eu. Enjoyable and recommended for families.

Don't catch Maria on a bad night as she will refuse to serve you, but on a good night Maria is most hospitable. The food is always good, and slightly more expensive than other Italian restaurants in the area.

A large group of people, sad experience... most of the food was just boring, some was just bad, like just empty shelfs on the pasta and uninterested staff. We believe they are not even interested in building trust and we are now sure we will not visit them again!

This place has been our favorite since moving to Germany 2.5 years ago. Our favorite pizza is the Roma! They deliver and offer a free bottle of wine with orders over 35â¬. Their pasta and salads are just ok. Great service at the restaurant and nice delivery drivers

The staff speaks German, Italian, English and French. They were gregarious and friendly to our group. The menu options aren't extensive but include Italian and German food. Salads were fresh but nothing special. Entrees were much better. Spinach ravioli was quite good. Parmigiana and other pastas got thumbs up too. Wine selection is a bit limited but all was tasty. Prices were reasonable.I could tell they prefer cash but they will split up the bill for groups including splitting group items among those who partake. I'm glad a friend recommended this restaurant.

The host Daniele (owners son) was very welcoming. The daily menu had all fresh pastas, of which we ordered the homemade ravioli with cheese and spinach with a tomato cream sauce. It was delicious. The salad misto had a wonderful dressing and the bruschetta was also very delicious. The restaurant occupies the site of an old firehouse which was decorated nicely. If we return to Landstuhl we will definitely visit again.
